Bins just stopped being collected as usual 5 months ago. But they still take the monthly payment and cant fix the collections

I have been using Panda for a couple of years for a rental property. And everything was going fine until some issues started in November.
Since then they just stopped collecting the bins. I ring them every week and they say the issue is resolved but dont explain what the issue was. But then the same thing the next Monday.
I ring and get emergancy collections when the bins are overflowing. But thius issue has been going on for nearly 6 months now and they do not seem very keen on resolving it and also ignore my requests for a propper refund for the period where their service wasnt supplied .

Never ever will I return to Panda

Never ever will I return to Panda. I changed to a cheaper provider as Panda are charging too much. Even more so for loyalty than a new customer. And no, it's not due to an introductory offer. It's based on the standard set monthly price between two companies.

I cancelled on Feb 27th and I was informed by Abiola that my bins would be removed within 4-5 working days.

When this did not happen I called again and another agent said they would be collected within 10 working days.

Bins still weren't collected so I called yet again and I was ensured they would be collected last week.

Again bins have not been collected. So today being another new week I called asking why they haven't been collected and I'm told they will look into it and call me back. Nobody called back. Absolute joke.

Bins are out on the road half the time when the winds pick up. I'm told they are not my responsibility anymore by your agent as I've cancelled and it's only a matter of time that there'll be an accident because I'm done picking them off the road.
