Black Bin was not collected this morning because there was a balance of only €6.30 in my account. I overlooked topping up my account. You would think that after 27 years of being a loyal customer the bin would have been collected and a text message would issue to remind me to top up the account, afterwards. So much for good customer service?

Absolutely shocking
Not good at all. Joined 6 weeks ago and have had only 1 collection, even though bins were out the night before. Reported all of the missed collections and nothing. Response was to "leave your bin out at the next pick up time", I was going to do this anyway and hope for the best.
Have now cancelled my contract with them. Panda Waste it is.
Should also add never get a reply to an email to customer service. 3 emails sent and nothing back.
Still no response from an email sent on 12 Jan. My bins are on the road waiting to be collected and nothing.

I have to say service was great skip came day early , no pressure on lifting it. The Driver needs special mention as it was a very tight drive way and he put it down right where I wanted it with 2cm clearance on each side

Excess charges
Despite being told here to phone customer services, they are still telling me my bin was in excess of monthly allowance, despite the bing being practically empty. It's an absolute rip off. Disgraceful behaviour. Resulting in higher monthly charges despite the high level of recycling i do.

Forgot to put the bins out (week before Xmas) called the office and they said they’d see what they could do. Lads in the truck collected later that morning. Could not ask for more. Super customer service.

My bin has failed to be collected for…
My bin has failed to be collected for no known reason probably once a month for the past year, every time i ring they have no idea why the drivers don’t collect it and it gets collected 2-3 days later (which is inconvenient enough as it is -especially for a paid service).
Last week my rubbish bin was not collected and i heard the bin truck outside and taking my neighbours bin which i assumed was also mine, when i rang the next morning i was told it would be sent to operations and they’d call me back, instead this time i got a text saying to leave it out and it would be collected the next day which it was not and then it was the weekend and they were closed. i sent an email and on monday i received no reply. monday afternoon i rang again said my bin is now a week over due it is now over flowing and nobody has come, yet again i get told ill get a call back and yet i again i have received a text saying ‘sorry but we can’t collect your bin until your next collection date but we will take 3 extra bags with it’
Absolute joke, no customer service, no compensation.. i now have to put my bin bags out the back to get rats??? and my bin would usually be full going out and they think this equates to 3 bags?
my bin has been out overflowing for over a week with all my neighbours able to see and now i’m to start dumping bin bags alongside it. I have had enough and will never use this company going forward.

Excellent customer service from Caoimhe
I had an issue with a missed bin collection and originally phoned customer service, where I was told there was absolutely no possibility of arranging an additional pickup. It felt like there was no interest in understanding the situation or exploring any options, which was disappointing.
However, when I followed up by email, I was lucky enough to be dealt with by Caoimhe, and the experience was completely different. She was helpful, understanding, and willing to see what could be done. She arranged an extra collection quickly and professionally, and her attitude genuinely turned the whole situation around.
Because of her, the problem was resolved and I’m a very happy customer. Huge thanks to Caoimhe — she’s doing a fantastic job and is a credit to the company.

Lack of communication
The lack of communication regarding the pickup soured a good service. No information for an online booking about the need to phone to pick up on the day the booking finished. The skip was delayed by a day which was stressful as large deliveries were arriving and the driveway was blocked. No clear time was given as to the pick up which led to multiple phone calls during an already stressful morning. Spoke to two different women. The first one was lovely, I think she had a scottish accent.
The second was patronising. I would not use them again.
