I have recently booked with One World Lakbay for flights to the Philippines for the first time and I was assisted by this lovely staff Roselyn and I must say that the service was excellent! She is so responsive and helpful, and presented me with different airlines options. Roselyn is not only patient and helpful but she was also massively polite. I would highly recommend booking with them and would book my future flights with them. Thank you so much Roselyn and thank you One World Lakbay for finding me the best airfare. God bless you.

Josh was our advisor
Josh was out advisor, we booked Disneyland Paris, Excellent service, We were a family of eight. Got a really good deal. Everything was really easy, transfer from the airport was easy, drivers were friendly and drove very carefully. The hotel was situated 10 mins from the parks, there was a free shuttle bus that ran all day. Rooms were clean, hotel Campenile has bar, shop, small cafe serving pizza, paninis, baguettes. Had a bar too. Staff were very approachable. Breakfast was very well organised. I would recommend this company and the trip. I was very wary about booking on Instagram, because I'd never done it before. Josh was very understanding and put my mind at rest. Very efficient with all my questions. Thanks for everything

Ms Helen Sepada was very convenient to work my flight schedule with. It was for my mother, and she had all our needs figured out. I think it came because she was quick enough to realize which language I was comfortable to talk her with (Cebuano). Ms. Liane Smith
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ms. Liane Smith from One World Lakbay Travel Agency, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. As a first-time booker, I had a lot of concerns, especially regarding the e-ticket reference number, which I learned wouldn’t be provided until full payment was made. Ms. Liane handled every question and worry with incredible patience, understanding, and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure I had the reference number promptly, all while respecting the agency’s policies.
Her guidance made the entire booking process seamless and stress-free. From start to finish, I felt supported and confident in every step. It’s rare to encounter someone so genuinely dedicated to helping their clients, and Ms. Liane truly sets a high standard for customer service in the travel industry.
If you’re looking for a travel agent who is not only reliable but also attentive, kind, and exceptionally professional, Ms. Liane Smith is the one to trust. I’m extremely grateful for her assistance and will definitely be booking through her again in the future.
