Fraud, first first they said by one get one free and they did it sent me the free bag any how I started using the bag but in few months the colour get faded

Worst quality ever, bag is not even worth 500rupees, never recommend anyone to buy their product. They do fake advertisement and sell totally different quality and their support will never pick up your call. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!

I am extremely disappointed with this bag. The product I received is nothing like what was advertised online. The quality is very poor – the material feels cheap and flimsy. The seller had mentioned several essential features, but none of them were included. It feels like a completely different product than what was shown in the pictures. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this to anyone.

They are scammers. I ordered S11 macbook bag. They claimed it is a PKR 18,000 product and we're giving it at 80% discount. The quality of bag is not even worth 500.

Inko pakar k inki maa ko lan dena chahiay. Instagram pe b comments off hain. Inkay number pe koi call b ni uthata. Website pe kuch aur dikhaya aur bheja kuch aur. Total scam please don't buy.

Worst experience ever! Their service is pathetic – they promised delivery in 2 days but it took 5 long days. And when the order finally arrived, the product wasn’t even worth 1/4 of the money I paid. Such a scam and total waste of money! Never ever buying from them again, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this fraud service.

I placed an order for a bag, but the item I received is of very poor quality. The bag has double stitches, and it looks completely different from the one shown in your pictures. Moreover, the essentials shown in the product photos were missing. I have already raised a complaint on WhatsApp and Instagram, but I have not received a serious response yet. This feels unfair, as it seems customers’ trust and emotions are being taken for granted while the focus is only on making money.

I bought a bag from Overtop. I will say it's not bas in Quality. But they advertised an essential bag with it. That I didn't get with it. As I tried to reach them out, interestingly they don't have any Customer Care Services. I just got one number which I can just send a text and wait to never get a reply.

The quality they display is opposite to the real product it is really cheap everything they display in pictures is fake

This is, without a doubt, the worst purchase I have ever made. Overtop should be ashamed of themselves for selling this garbage and calling it a bag. When I opened the package, I genuinely thought it was a prank. The "bag" is a flimsy, paper-thin, glorified shopping bag that feels like it's going to disintegrate if I look at it wrong. The quality is a joke—I've seen more durable fast-food wrappers.

But wait, there's more. The product description promised mini bags. Guess what wasn't in the box? The mini bags. They didn't "forget" to include them; they straight up lied about them being part of the package. This isn't a mistake; it's false advertising.

I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a product that is literally not worth a cent. It's a testament to how little Overtop cares about its customers. This isn't a company; it's a scam. Save your money and buy a paper bag from the grocery store—it'll probably last longer and you won't have to deal with their lies. Do not, under any circumstances, buy from this company. You've been warned.
