What they advertise and what they deliver are completely opposite. I ordered a laptop bag, but the product I received is nothing like what was shown. There are no compartments or essential pouches as advertised, and the overall quality is extremely poor.

There was a “Buy 1 Get 1” offer on this bag, yet I received only one bag, and that too without any essential pouches.

To make matters worse, the bag started getting damaged within just 4–5 days of use, clearly showing how low the quality is.

Their phone number, email, and Instagram chat are all unresponsive, making it impossible to contact customer support.

Worst quality, fake offers, zero customer service, and misleading advertising. I strongly advise others to avoid this business.

Today I receive my parcel . Im shocked when open a parcel and see Very cheap quality bag. Material like waste plastic use in this bag. Maximum this kind of bag worth not more then 600 rupes

I ordered a bag from this website and it was extremely disappointing. The quality is terrible—cheap material, bad stitching, and faulty zippers. The product looks nothing like the pictures. Delivery was slow, and their customer service is completely unresponsive. Total waste of money. I do NOT recommend this website at all.

I received the product (bag), which is of very low quality and cheap fabric stuff, even zips are plastic. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from them. Stay away!

I placed an order for a laptop bag which is absolutely not what I have recieved. There are no such compartments and essentials bags as advertised and the overall quality is less tahn poor.

I am very disappointed with the order. The packaging was inadequate—there was no protective wrap or padding, only the outer postal packaging. The backpack's quality is extremely poor, with bad stitching and cheap materials. The essential components of the bag are also very low quality

In Ads it looks like a very good stuff with inner compartments and pouches while when I recieve it, its a pathetic bag worth 800-1000 Pkr. There are no inner compartments, a lil pouch which is waste. The Quality of straps and the Parachute stuff is really bad. It just looks good in Pictures.

I bought Overtop bag back in may or june I believe, I never wrote a review. Just saw Instagram ad of them today and I thought I should share my experience.
Last month I left my office having office Laptop and office equipments in the bag.
Out of nowhere it started raining so heavily and 20 minutes staying in traffic in that heavy rain it came in my mind I have office laptop in my bag which probably worths more than my monthly salary. I tried to find some shelter and opened my bag. To my surprise. Not a single drop of water passed through the bag and did no harm literally. And didn't save only my day but next month's salary as well. Kudos to you guys! Thankyou.

Is se acha bag local shop se 1000 to 1500 ki range men mil jata hai. But OVERTOP ki quality dekh kr Mera online shopping se trust hi khatam ho gya hai.
