Voglio condividere questa esperienza con voi.
Io e un mio collega abbiamo ordinato due zaini dal sito Backvac, purtroppo per problemi che non dipendono da questa fantastica azienda (ma da chi si occupa della spedizione internazionale) i due zaini viaggiano in maniera separata.
Uno dei due zaini arriva normalmente e l’altro non viene mai consegnato al legittimo acquirente (sottolineo e ripeto per colpa del corriere e NON di Backvac).
Dopo varie verifiche, indagini ed email scambiate con il loro celere ed efficiente servizio clienti Backvac per riparare al danno fatto da terze parti decide di rimandare uno zaino sostitutivo, dimostrando comprensione e dedizione al cliente anche per problemi che non dipendono da loro!

One of my bags I ordered came damaged and they were able to send another bag right away. Great quality bag and I’m able to fit a lot of clothing in it.

Got the BackVac Pro Max recently and I’m really impressed. The material feels very genuine and high quality. I really like the vacuum packing idea because it lets you fit a lot more items inside than a normal backpack. Another great thing is that when the bag gets heavy on your shoulders, you can simply roll it, which makes traveling much easier. The built-in weight scaler is also amazing and very useful before heading to the airport. Overall, a very clever and practical travel bag.

Absolutely love the Backvac! The product is very convenient, easy to use, and perfect for keeping everything organized while traveling. The vacuum feature works great and really helps save space in my luggage.

I recently ordered from Backvac and I am thoroughly impressed! The quality of the product is great, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. They were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I purchased this backpack because it was marketed as being suitable for carry-on travel with a capacity of up to about 70 liters.

When I packed it for my trip, I transferred the contents from my Monos airline-compliant carry-on suitcase (approximately 30–40 liters) into the backpack. Even at roughly this amount of clothing — about half of the advertised capacity — the backpack expanded significantly wider than typical carry-on dimensions.

In practical terms, it becomes too bulky for carry-on travel well before it is fully packed.

I contacted Backvac support about returning the bag once I realized this issue. My initial message was sent only about two days outside their 30-day return window because the problem only became apparent when packing for travel. Despite explaining the situation and providing comparison photos, they declined the return strictly due to the policy.

The bag may still be useful for road trips or checked luggage, but buyers who are specifically looking for a carry-on travel bag should carefully consider how large it becomes once packed

I purchased this after seeing an ad I was a little apprehensive. When I received it does everything that it said. I’m truly amazed!

Have been using the backpack for over 10+ trips now and its such a gamechanger quality is really good i'm very happy

Product took 6 weeks to ship and bill of materials reflected all 4 products ordered but package contained only 2 of the 4 items. Product was returned and they declined to issue a refund since the original packaging was not included. Backvac is keeping the brand new backvac and not refunding my money. Horrible customer experience.

Sent back pack but not the pump

It has been over a week and still not arrive
Spoke to customer services no help at all
I bought to go away with and was told to buy a pump at my expense until it arrives with no help for a refund
Then they told me to use a hoover which is ok on the way out but not the way back

Warning don't send what you need and bad service not helpful at all

Let me start by saying that this bag has saved me hundreds of dollars. I typically travel monthly for a few days and I’m always one to overpack. This bag allows me to put several extra outfits in there and still fit my laptop. The small hand vacuum is super convenient and travels well. Thanks for making travel less stressful and cheaper Backvac

I am very happy with my BackVac! I don’t usually leave reviews for purchases, but their support team was so great, and the quality was above and beyond my expectations that I wanted to share my experience! I ordered the black bag and two pumps. Now, I’m ordering the new blue one! I can’t wait for that to arrive.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but BackVac seriously blew me away. I managed to fit a full week of clothes in my backpack, plus my makeup bag, sneakers, sandals, a sweatshirt, and even my Dyson Airwrap. I still had room left over. Everything stayed super compact and organized, and it made packing so much less stressful. Usually I end up sitting on my bag just to zip it shut, but not this time. If you’re someone who loves to travel but hates overpacking or paying for extra luggage, this is totally worth it.

This is my favorite and best bag I’ve ever purchased!! I use it as a personal item and can pack so much and not having to pay baggage fees. I can pack 5-6 outfits… including 2 blazers/jackets, sandals and shoes, laptop and iPad, makeup bag and toiletries! Great for a long weekend.
