Great product great customer service awesome company

I had a little trouble with my order (not the companies fault, it was my fault). I reached out to customer service. Aiko replied right away and sorted it all out for me. Really amazing customer service!!
I absolutely LOVE these socks. I use them on all my hiking trips. They don't leave me with blisters. They are super comfortable and breathable. I have 8 pairs!!!! I will be buying more.

Love the look of these. I would say if you’re at the upper end of a size range, take the next size up. I had a slight problem with the merino wool socks and their customer service were fabulous. I would highly recommend as my family loves them.

J'achète ces bas depuis plus de cinq ans. J'ai eu un problème avec les grandeurs et je n'ai jamais eu un tel service après-vente. Immédiatement après mon courriel, j'ai reçu une réponse et j'ai reçu une nouvelle commande avec des bas d'une autre grandeur tout à fait gratuitement. J'adore ces bas et encore plus depuis cet excellent service.

i had bought 3 pairs of socks to try them. the one i have used most got a hole in the toe after about 3 months so let the company know. They promptly sent out another pair and advised they were sorry for the problem i encountered. Now i am 100% satisfied again.

This was my first order with Outway. They got it big-time wrong. Not even close to what I had ordered. I reached out to them and they agreed that a mistake had been made. They bent over backwards to make it right. Outstanding customer support! I wish more companies would follow their example.

The customer service was fabulous. I had an issue with my first order being lost by USPS and the Outway team was very supportive and personally reached out to make the situation right. When my package arrived I was impressed with the quality and I love the fun colorways. I love a thinner athletic type sock with enough stretch that will hold up to repeated washings so they remain comfortable and easy to put on. These hit the mark. The length option is awesome as well so you have variety for the activity, situation, or season. I will be buying more.

My first pair of compression stocking didn’t fit. They sent me 3 more pairs which unfortunately still didn’t fit. The then sent me 3 pairs of their athletic socks which are great. I’m disappointed their compression socks don’t work for me and wish they had more sizing options. The best customer care I’ve ever received from a company.

Had ordered socks on April 23th and they never came. This was not OUTWAY’s fault but the delivery carrier Dragonfly ( they are really bad) that did not bother delivering them. I let OUTWAY know the socks did not arrive and after a few exchange with their AI Assistant ( not a fun of AI at all as it was telling to wait two more days on two different occasions) and the Andrew (a real human)came to my rescue!! He put an order out for delivery and gave me updates on delivery times. I did receive the second order on May 13th and it was a pleasure to deal with Andrew and Maria. Love the socks and have ordered several pairs over the years. I recommended to Outway to change carrier as Dragonfly has really bad reviews in my area and is not a trustworthy company…

Spent $115 on socks, the delivery partner they use “go bolt” refused to buzz into the apartment building and put them in the mail room, or the parcel locker. They left the package outside. I went downstairs after being told by delivery driver that he won’t be buzzing in. Package was stolen within 2 minutes.

Put $115, nothing to show for it. Will never order again.

Update: despite sending Outway a photo of the delivery confirmation this order “is marked as in transit and not delivered” I was asked to check tracking information again. Tracking information shows as delivered.

Update2: Outway reached out and sent a replacement order out. Still using gobolt. Hopefully I receive it this time. I appreciate the customer service still need to find a new delivery partner.

I have been buying Outway socks for years and love them. I most recently bought some of their lighter weight ones which developed holes when worn.

I sent them a note on their website and could not be more pleased with their response, which was prompt, personalized, and helpful - all one could ask for in a situation like this.

They replaced the socks within 2 days and followed up to make sure they were received and that they were to my satisfaction.

They stand by their product and deliver exceptional service.

I love the sock’s very confortable and so unique. Very please.

The service was quick & efficient! I was extremely impressed with the customer service. I had ordered 4 pair of socks and had also ordered the Mystery socks. The system added an additional the Mystery item Free to my invoice making it look like I should have received 6 items. When I contacted customer service, they responded very quickly and explained what had happened. I understood and was ok with that but because the Mystery socks came in the same pattern as another pair I had ordered (which is against the spirit of Outway), I was sent another pair for Free in a different design. I have never experienced such quick & thorough customer service. I love the socks! They are comfortable, don’t slip around in your shoes, wash beautifully & look great.

J’adore cette marque de bas . En premier se sont les dessins qui mon attirer mais aujourd’hui en plus d’avoir les plus beaux graphique je sais qui on aussi la meilleur qualité et confort . Je l’ai porte chaque jours autant pour le travail que pour le sport . Les bas respire beaucoup et tienne très bien en place . Fini les bas qui descendent car tu va courir .
Il offre un super service très rapide , amical et courtois . J’ai fait faire une commande specialiser par l’équipe et le service était numéro 1 et professionnel. Merci beaucoup et chapeau à l’entreprise

Customer service was great - once a human got involved.

My order seemed to be taking forever and when I contacted Outway, "Bob" the AI bot responded, letting me know the order was on its way. After another two weeks went by and I reached out again, they were quick to address the issue. Turns out, USPS lost my order and within a couple of days of my reaching out, they had dispatched a replacement order, did not charge me and even apologized for the experience (something most companies don't do).

I have only had the socks for a few days but so far, so good. Fun designs and the fit is good. We'll see how they wear but no complaints at all.

I originally gave this review a 1 star. (See original below- that is unedited). However, afterwards customer service contacted me and they were VERY sympathetic and really wanted to learn more of why I had the issues I did. (This edit was not in anyway prompted by customer service, this is my real feelings after having spoken with the company). Comfort is very subjective, the styles I chose just didn’t work for me.

These socks are AWFUL. The athletic socks handle sweat terribly, definitely not made for feet that run hot. The crew length merino socks are SO uncomfortable where the sewn in logo is. I can’t stand the feel of a sewn seem rubbing on the back of my calf all day, it’s horrid. Also not great for moisture, my smartwool socks are 1000x better. I’m so disappointed I bought these for the price they are.

Amazing service, I did a mistake with my order and the team helped me fix this Even if it was my fault. Best service I’ve received in a long time. And the socks are amazing, very good quality and super vingt for running. Also really nice design. 100% satisfied!
