Outlet Mirrors and Furniture Omdömen

I wasn't in a hurry to get my mirror/love heart picture so the delivery time didn't bother me. They advised me that it can take upto 28 days and that they were doing their best to deliver before Xmas. It was less than 28 days and they delivered Xmas Eve. You have to contact them by email but they do respond straight away. The delivery man was fantastic and texted before hand to give ETA. He unboxed the product and checked it before he left which was so reassuring.
The product is perfect. It goes really well with my modern decor. It is a high quality product. I am over the moon with it. This is my 2nd product from this company and I will use them again and can recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous mirror, it’s stunning worth every penny. The delivery driver was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic experience! This company is so professional. The man that came was so kind and even opened my parcel so I could see what what was inside. He then placed it perfectly where I wanted it! Honestly I’m so impressed it made the experience of getting it even better. It’s nice to know there are some real kind and professional companies out there.

Ordered a crushed diamond fireplace I've waited for it to come in stock and can honestly say it was worth the wait, its absolutely beautiful 😍 delivery guy Darren was so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Top class service from outlet mirrors will definitely make more purchases from them in the future and would and have recommended to friends and family....thank you very much

Excellent customer service and when item arrived he brought it in and installed it all and made sure everything was in full working order! Will definitely be buying from here again.

Grest company and amazing products go above and beyond to help you with your order! Thanks Outlee mirrors!

Although there was a delay on the bedside tables (issues with imports so out of their hands) and they could improve by giving updates, when they did arrive in stock I cannot fault them. The tables are beautiful - even better in real life than the images. The delivery driver kept in contact and they even rang the night before as I missed an email from them. The delivery man unpacked them, inspected them and was very professional. The price was also the best I could find on the internet. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Amazing service from start to finish. The delivery driver helped carry my furniture upstairs and helped unpack it all. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Placed my order for a sideboard
Which was in stock, on Tuesday
And it was delivered on Friday.
On time, polite and efficient.
Very pleased with my purchase,
Not my first purchase from outlet
Mirrors and not my last.

Very good service, The delivery driver was superb.
Our Furniture is lovely and will be ordering some other items in the near future.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My expensive mirror although purchased less than a year ago and only used for 3 weeks stopped illuminating, the company said they would meet me half way with the cost of a new mirror, it cost £188, I have replied but they are no longer responding to 3 further emails I have sent. Extremely disappointed considering we were prepared to wait several months for the initial delivery.
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
