It is a Xmas present for my wife we bought a mirror not long ago and a cabinet to which we are very pleased with and I'm sure my wife will love the clock that we have purchased from you excellent service.

War sehr zufrieden mit der Lieferung, ging recht schnell und freundlichen Kontakt per eMail.Die Möbel sind sehr hochwertig,würde jederzeit wieder bestellen.

Based over here in the usa and was worried when purchasing but I've had constant communication when emailing the company and once my order had been shipped I could track it all the way. Amazing packaging and so well protected I could not have asked for better care and attention to my order. I wish I could buy these products in the usa but but Thank you all and happy festive Yuletides to you in the United Kingdom

Lovely wall art really impressed with the quality and speed of delivery.

Received delivery this afternoon. Very polite and helpful driver who unpacked our furniture for us and checked it all over. A very refreshing and good service in horrid weather today.

I would definitely recommend this company after a bad experience with another company.
Marcus was very helpful and kept me informed of my delivery.Very happy with my coffee table and matching nest of tables.

ordered and was delievered to my house on same day great service very happy with product also

Having seen this 80cm square wall clock in a photo I looked everywhere and found it on the Outlet Mirrors website. I looked around further and could not believe that the price was so reasonable against other suppliers. It was delivered by the companies own drivers and was unpacked in front of me so that I could check it. It was all fine. This personal service protects the customer and retailer and ensures that the product is in prime condition. Thanks for all your help

Good product and packaging superb so no damage when our delivery arrived.

Furniture not fit for purpose and appallingly service. Ordered Monica package (dressing table, mirror, stool and 2 side cabinets), and paid a substantial amount for the furniture, but within 5 months both side cabinet corners have cracked despite ensuring the utmost care. Draw on the dressing table has also cracked. Wrote to the company stating furniture not fit for purpose, it’s dangerous and daughter has cut her head on one of the shattered corners and requested a refund (issued photos showing the faults). Company didn’t even offer to partially refund any money but instead responded “you’re probably best selling it off to one of the retail sites to get some money back”. Contacted them again as not happy with this response reiterating their furniture is in-usable, it’s not fit for purpose but have continued to ignore me request. Don’t waste your money buying anything from this company
