First comment:
Did a purchase of a product they didn't have stock. No information from their side until I reminded them twice what was happening. Then they told me they had no stock and I decided to get a reimbursement because they didn't know when they would have the product again.
Second comment:
After some mail crossing, they offered a solution for the bad experience I had during the first purchase. They gave me a promo code to use whenever they had stock again. The moment they had it, they sent me an email to let me know that they blocked a unit of the lents I wanted just for me, to be sure I got one. So, I did the purchase with their promo code, and get the product at the time they said during the shipping process. Good recover, good product, already tested!
