I had an issue with a part for my newly purchased stove - contacted the customer services team and spoke with Aleks who replied promptly and arranged for a replacement part to be sent out that day - exceptionally good product and even better customer service - in life sometimes problems happen but the speed of Aleks response and willingness to resolve was a breath of fresh air

Très bonne qualité et look sympa ... tres facile a mettre en place ! Nous sommes enchanté de notre achat ! Je recommande .....

I was unsure of what particular flue part I required so I used their chat box and recieved the relevant information that same day. I have subsequently ordered and had it delivered within the stated time frame.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company based on the service i have recieved.

My parcel arrived quickly and securely. I will be getting the stove and water heater set up this weekend (hopefully) so will give more feedback when I've actually used them. So far, so excellent

Le poêle est vraiment bien, j'habite actuellement en caravane sur mon terrain, ayant énormément de travaux dans ma maison.
La seule critique que je pourrai avoir est que la porte est un petit peu petite donc on ne peut pas mettre de morceau de bois large.

L'entreprise m'a gentillement rajouter un produit pour l'installation du poêle, encore merci.

very prompt delivery and goodwill abounding, I asked mu son to plumb it in which he did effortlessly and I enjoyed a first ( of many I hope!) of an evening in our woodburner shed ( maybe you can call it my mancave) watching a movie with my other son.
