Received order with im a couple of days also the after service was amazing had a small problem spoke to lily via email and was resolved same day definitely a 5* service would definitely use Again and recommend to anyone

amazing customer service
It is a very nice stove but more importantly they care about their customers. There was a little problem with the water heater i received but they messaged me back within hours with different options to chose from. I really have never experienced a customer service like this. (The wood stove and water heater are also really great. I have experienced many toasty nights already.)

Small stove just fits in the fireplace…
Small stove just fits in the fireplace in my chalet. The 3kw are much appreciated compared to original open fire. Very easy to install.

Sehr gut verpackt und leicht aufzubauen, sieht richtig süss aus, beim Anlegen qualmt es ordentlich, dann brennt es schön. Sehr gut verarbeitet, einfach schön, kleine Brennkammer, muss erst gute Glut bekommen. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Superb customer experience
I rang and asked for compatibility between my existing stove flue and a new stove…good product knowledge meant an instant reply.

UPS ne fait pas son travail correctement

C'est la livraison qui a été nulle. UPS ne m'a pas appelé, la date de livraison a été modifié 3 fois, et pour finir, le matériel a été livré dans un point retrait UPS...

poor welding on leg brackets
The front leg of my original just fell off, the bracket came away from the body. On inspection, the welds to hold it in place were tiny and I am surprised it has lasted this long.
