No delivery, no refund, poor quality
I ordered a mattress on 20 Oct, and OBS did not meet their advertised delivery timescales. It still had not arrived by 10 Nov, so I requested a refund.
Despite promises to process the refund, I am still waiting for this on 29 Dec.
Overall, very poor service and they owe me £239.95 which has left me short over the Chrisrmas period.
In addition to above, quality of product is very poor. The single ottoman was delivered later than advertised, however the top does not align properly with the base, the use plywood and not slats, there are marks on the headboard and other quality issues.

Lovely bed
Lovely bed, very pleased with it. Lots of storage under the bed and easy to lift when the mattress is on. The mattress is very comfortable. Easy to assemble. Excellent value for money.

Great bed and delivery service
Really pleased with the quality of the bed I ordered.
Great communication re delivery dates and times.
Bed had to be carried up two flights of stairs which proved to be no problem and was quickly set up in the requested room.

The bed was delivered in a reasonable timescale. But that’s about the only positive thing I have to say.
There were no instructions with the bed!
The feet were inside the ottoman part so had to take the fasteners off to get to the feet and the ottoman sprung open.
The ottoman springs open with the mattress on top! Which I was reassured wouldn’t happen when I questioned it with customer services.
It’s a side opening ottoman and the spacers weren’t delivered with the bed. I reported this Monday 15th December and told they’d be sent out that day. Now Thursday 18th December and still no spacers have arrived. My son is currently sleeping on the sofa until this absolute mess is sorted out!

The wall bed is well constructed and should last for many years. It will only be used occasionally when family visit so the bedroom now can be used has an hobbies room which we didn’t have before

I will not be buying my beds from…
I will not be buying my beds from anywhere else except OBS from now on. These guys service is impeccable and the quality is insane. All my guests have complemented my beds and even ran to purchase their own. Big shoutout to OBS!! Absolutely loved my bed and matching storage box! It was such great quality, very easy to put together. 2 man delivery was helpful as they were able to bring it in quickly (it was raining). Very happy and highly recommend. I can't believe the prices for the quality!!

Good value for money
Very straight forward, quick turn around. Much better price than competition and on arrival it looks to be very good quality. Assembly could help with some instructions, but got there okay in the end.
