0 stars...this is a fraudulent account that at Christmas time I was in search of a gift. Paid thru PayPal and the company changed the payment through PayPal from 56.00 for the book to 2784.00 triggering PayPal to flag as fraud and start an investigation. It cleared my bank however creating an issue because it takes so long to get an investigation completed through PayPal and its still uncertain whether I will get my money back at all. I am extremely angry with this fraudulent company and reported it to the FBI so hopefully no one else has to go through this.

This product is absolutely horrible. Only surpassed by how terrible the customer experience is when trying to contact the company.

First off, the product is cheap, bad staining, not well put together and overall not worth the cost. They didn't even send instructions and their website did not have them for the piece we purchased.

Secondly we had a board split while screwing in a piece and their customer service is horrendous. The customer service is through whatsapp to Turkey. It is not 24/7 as advertised. You can contact them, but they will get back to you on their own time.

They finally sent us a replacement piece. It was a different color, the screw holes did not line up correctly and it was entirely missing the rubber guard rail piece to slide the cabinets on. How do you miss a signature piece of your product!?!?

Do not use this company and spend your money somewhere else.

One of the prefab parts was fabricated backwards. The pretend like they don't know what is going on. I have sent many pictures explaining the problem. Now the door on my cabinet swings inward without the stop which is annoying. They told me to go buy something. Why should I this is what I paid you for. My advice is order elsewhere.

The table is really beautiful and it is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was correctly delivered on time and in very good conditions. Oshoom was really quick in answering to some doubts I had before placing the order.

The only point I would advise is to fix the supports in a more solid way to the table itself. Right now it is only done by means of 3 bolts. I am not quite sure if it will break in the future or will have some movement.

Customer service was a standout for me. They were quick to resolve a minor issue I had, which made the whole experience much better.

I was happy to see that the stand arrived exactly as described. The fast shipping and accurate product description made this a worthwhile purchase.

The stand is quite sturdy once assembled. I was initially concerned about the stability, but it holds my record player perfectly.

I ordered a piano stand and the experience I had with Oshoom was positive throughout. I asked for more photos of the different types / colours and received them within a few hours, helping me to make my decision. Customer service was excellent, and the stand was shipped on time. Unfortunately, the choice of shipping company (FedEx) was very negative, resulting in the package delivered late and not to my home address. Perhaps Oshoom should consider using a different shipping company in the future.

Assembling the stand took about 1 1/2hours, but I’m very happy with the final product.

Setting up the stand was a breeze. The instructions were clear and all the pieces fit together easily. It's nice when assembly is this straightforward.

Really impressed with the fast shipping of this record player stand. It arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

oshoom provides great customer service. They have very high quality and durable products, it takes a bit of assembly, but you can easily handle it by following the guide.
