I bought a full-size organic latex hybrid mattress for my daughter for around $900, and I wish I hadn’t. The only “latex” on this mattress is the cover. You can feel the first coil right underneath it. When you move, the whole mattress moves. When you sit, the sides roll over like a waterfall.

It’s supposed to work on an adjustable bed, but it doesn’t,, it stays completely flat when raised. I’ve bought better mattresses from discount stores.

When I called about returning it, customer service told me I’d have to wait at least 30 days or pay $99 for returning early, plus another $99 to ship it back. They refused to make any exception, even though I made it clear the mattress was nothing like described.

Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy from Latex for Less.

Surface was efficient and friendly though it took a couple weeks for them to make and send me my mattress… The mattress couldn’t have been more perfect and I know I’ll have it to use comfortably for years to come

I ordered the 9" queen-size two-sided mattress. I received a poorly made product with the incorrect height. They offered a replacement and a credit. Never received the credit, and the replacement is a totally different mattress (sounds more like foam with horrible edge support). I requested a full refund of my purchase and no answer yet.
Either they are dishonest and cheaters or they don't do what the h*** they're doing.

This review is for the website. There are several glaring inconsistencies on the website regarding layer composition and ILD for the organic latex 9” mattress. First, under the See Mattress Details drop-down menu, you say the 9” mattress has ½” wool, 3” support latex, and 6” core latex. Then, under FAQs for the organic latex mattress, you say the 9” mattress has 1” wool, 2” support latex, and 6” core latex. Furthermore, under FAQs What is the ILD of the latex in each layer in the 9” latex mattress, you list 3 different layers (Firm Dunlop D85, Medium Dunlop D75, and Soft Dunlop D65). If there are only 2 layers of latex, why are you listing 3 different densities? You obviously changed your specifications somewhere along the line (probably in an effort to cut cost) and didn’t update your website. As a consumer in a world where there are hundreds of mattress options with costs increasing almost seasonally, it’s hard to trust anyone. This is a perfect example why! Also, I posed these same questions on your website and never got a response, nor was my question posted.

I bought the pillow based on the glowing reviews on the website (I do believe they only show the positive reviews, we'll see if mine shows up). Since getting the pillow I've had nothings but neck pain, shoulder pain, and headaches. The response from LFL customer service was basically "Well that sucks, good luck though." Definitely be careful before buying from this company.

I purchased a latex pillow about a month ago and noticed pretty much immediately that it's much lower quality than others I own. The material has less support and resistance, causing your head to immediately sink through the bottom while laying down. This has caused noticeable neck and back pain every time I use it, and their support team simply refers me to the return policy (no pillow returns). After looking through reviews on their site, it's also clear that most, if not all of them, are fake and written by the company (they all use similar words and are flagged as fake by 3rd party plugins). My negative review of my experience was never approved and posted by them.

Nowhere on their website is it stated that the “organic cotton cover” is half polyester! And smells like febreeze. The whole point of natural bed layers is no offgassing, yet they surround their all natural latex with toxic offgassing polyester! What’s worse is that when I tried to talk with them about it, they just gaslit me. They refuse to acknowledge there is any misrepresentation of their product. Their physical product tags attached to the cover even says “100% cotton”. Lies lies lies. And incredibly rude customer service. There are many latex companies out there now, run away from this one if you value your health.
