Ich kann außer Gutes nichts weiter über die Firma sagen, da ich das erste Mal dort eingekauft habe und zwar ein Schockwellen-Massagegerät.
Der persönliche Service war ausgezeichent und sehr freundlich. Mit dem Massagerät habe ioch noch keine große Erfahrung aber es macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Aus heutiger Sicht kann ich die Firma weiter empfehlen.

This company use the union jack on their website it says easy returns not true. You have send goods back to a chinese address at your own cost. They use the union jack to lure you in.

Their Orthoback Vibrastone is an ineffective toy.absolute rubbish product. They are liars and scammers. Show UK address but no tel no and based in CHINA. I RETURNED DEVICE TO CHINA.EVEN SO, NO REFUND AND STALLING. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY.

Shocking customer service, have stolen nearly £600 from my elderly Mum after reassuring us that items ordered in error could be returned to China for a full refund (another £75 lost). Even now they claim to have paid the refund, but presumably to themselves - my Mum remains out of pocket. This fight has been going on since December. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY

Do not buy a Vibrastone as if your are not happy they will give you only a 30% refund or you have to return the Vibrastone to Chian which as it has a battery fitted means you can't use the Post or any of the main parcels company's as you are not meant to send anything with battery's fitted. Also it was not reliving any of the pain, Paying .£99.00 which means a loses of £66.00 Just check the UK not the American as they seem to be for shoes Not for the Vibrastone

Endorsing others experience - Chinese company selling rubbish. I strongly suspect the positive reviews as they are very generic. Please avoid.

I purchased a Vibrastone as a Birthday present for a relative. It took 15 days to arrive, so was too late for the occasion. I asked to return the item for a full refund but was told that it would need to be returned to China.

Returned a Vibrastone massage device for £99.90 returned it back to them on 28th November the device arrived back in China on the 10th December 2024 I purchased it in this country when it came back for returning the Business was not trading in the UK anymore, so I would be very wary in purchasing any products that they are selling.

Ordered a pair of shoes not realising it was Hong Kong based. The shoes are canvas and plastic, stating retail 124.99 save £74 as if you are having a deal, hurry as sale due to end which is not the case. They are not fit for purpose.

My wife had to contact PayPal to get a refund for her insoles ordered the same time.

They say it’s British, they say delivered by Royal Mail, they say Klarna as purchase option but it’s all fabricated.

If they don’t fit or unhappy as know the poor quality etc. they have a Jessica with an identity of someone else. They say 100% guarantee but to receive a refund you have to send the item back to Hong Kong at costly postage.

Or they will give you 30% of the monies paid to keep the item. Also they have deleted two of my reviews off their website only allowing for positive reviews to promote sales further.

Ordered shoes and inner soles, all paid for . No goods 3 weeks on and absolutely no response to numerous attempts to contact them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FTOM THESE PEOPLE.

I bought a smartwatch in October 2024. Within a couple of weeks it was buzzing every 10 seconds and adding 20000 steps at a time. I could be sitting watching it and it would happen. I contacted customer service in their online chat at first. I then started to communicate by email. I was told that there wasn't' a chance of a refund as I had used the watch for over a month. I then contacted my credit card company and they did a charge back. Don't what ever you do buy anything from this company. Going back to Fitbit!!!

I don't think this is a genuine website. Not received my shoes which I place long time ago. I have reported to credit card company for the full refund. They are investigating, and it will take time.

Achtung Betrug! Wenn etwas nicht passt, soll man auf eigene Kosten nach China zurück versenden. Ein Bot (?) antwortet immer mit der gleichen E-Mail. Das Unternehmen tritt als DE Online Versand auf, wenn man sich das Impressum ansieht, stößt man auf eine Adresse in GB. Qualität ist unter aller Kanone, und das für im Durchschnitt 60€?! Frechheit!!!

Mangelware aus China und Rücksendung dorthin mit €50 selbst zu übernehmen. Internetauftritt suggeriert einem deutsche Produkte. Das Unternehmen sitzt in China und der Rückversand geht dorthin, Kosten trägt man selbst. Mir wurde angeboten, ich soll den Schrott behalten und erhalte 30% Nachlass, spare ja damit die hohen Kosten der Rücksendung und es wäre ja umweltfreundlicher. Unfassbare Abzocke. Nach 4 Wochen ist das Paket immer noch nicht dort angekommen und ich warte auf mein Geld.

Based in China. Very poor quality. Very poor return system. If you want to return an item, which you probably will, they'll offer you a discount to keep the item. I think this is their business model, knowing that most will want to return good but people probably wont. Shop somewhere else!

They won't send your order. Just excuses after excuses. Do a charge back, is my advice.

Have waited a month. Still no shoes.
Have had to buy other shoes.
Have asked for refund.

*Following my recent review, I finally received my order from Orthobak today.
I wish I had been more thorough with checking on this company and reading reviews - I can only think I was in so much pain in my foot when I placed the order, that I wasn't thinking logically!

The shoes arrived and are really cheap and nasty. They don't fit well and I have no idea how they are supposed to relieve pain as the company advertise.
The returns policy is appalling - they have to have received the return within 14 days in order to honour the request. Having researched shipping options, unless you pay well in excess of the original cost of the shoes, there are no guarantees of delivery within a 14 day timescale. I can donate the shoes to a charity, but actually, I'm not sure anyone would really want them.
If I could leave a zero star rating, I would.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago for which payment was taken immediately. Still waiting for the item to be delivered. I have emailed the company but received standard ‘wishy-washy’ responses.
Have been told they are experiencing a current high demand…
And yet they still say orders will be dispatched in 5-7 working days. And they send daily marketing emails.
Unimpressed so far with service and customer responses. I really hope when my shoes arrive they are worthy of the wait.

Ergänzend: die vakanten Bestellungen sind heute geliefert worden, ein Produkt 'Foot Massage' (ca. 80€) funktioniert aber nicht. Es gibt zwar die Möglichkeit des Widerrufs, aber die Kosten der Rücksendung nach China hat man selbst zu tragen. Man soll senden an 'Room 303, Building B, No. 6281, Longgang Avenue (Henggang Section), Baoan Community, Yuanshan
Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China', man müsste eine Zollerklärung anfügen usw.
Also eigentlich praktisch nicht möglich für jemanden, der das nicht kennt.
Das Geld ist somit weg.
Nochmals mein dringender Hinweis: kauft da nicht!!!!

Leider hält das Unternehmen Orthback seine Marketingversprechen nicht ein, insbesondere was die Lieferzeit 4-5 Werktage betrifft. Bestellung geht schnell, Bezahlung auch - aber dann wird es eine Zitterpartie für den Kunden. Es gibt zwar die Möglichkeit, den Lieferstatus abzufragen, ab der bleibt nach Tagen bisher immer noch auf"....nicht versendet".
Außerdem warnt mich die Avast- Firewall davor, dass beim Bestellen und Abfragen auf orthoback.de verlinkt wird, diese Website verschlüsselt die Eingabe nicht per HTTPS. Kaum zu empfehlen, sollte man eher sein lassen.
