Wow ! excellent customer service from this company from a query about a refund for a product I ordered by mistake. Thanks to Daniel wood for your prompt e mails to rectify my order and sort a refund.
Definitely will be using Orsina again ….excellent online products Communications and help from staff when you need it. What more could you want!

Damaged Item, No Refund, Two Failed Collections – Avoid

I ordered online and the item arrived damaged. Rather than offering a straightforward solution, the company’s first response was to offer a partial percentage refund and ask me to keep the faulty goods — which I declined. I reminded them of my legal right to a full refund within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, at which point they agreed to arrange a collection and process a full refund.
The first collection date came and went — nobody showed up. No call, no explanation. I chased them, and they rescheduled. The second collection date also came and went — again, no one arrived.
I am now weeks down the line with a large, damaged item still sitting in my home, no refund received, and a customer service team that has failed to follow through at every stage.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The company clearly hopes customers will simply accept a partial refund and give up. If you pursue your legal rights, be prepared for delays, broken promises, and zero accountability.
Do not order from here. If anything goes wrong, you will be left chasing your tail with no resolution in sight.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered the Biarritz Off White Boucle Scalloped Swivel Chair, quanity of 4. They delivered only 3 of the chairs and when I called severally they mentioned they can see that they sent me 3 and will ask the courier company to send me 4. Communication was extremely poor.

I then opened the product and I was shocked at how poor the quality was. I sat on it and it felt like I sat on a bench (this is a sofa chair) to make the matter worse THIS CHAIR DOES NOT SWIVEL. It was a complete missale.

I will be reporting this company for scam and missale of product. Not only was my items not fully delivered they lied on their website and description that it swivels.

I’m so disgusted and disappointed!

Good company and products plus excellent customer service

I have given 5 stars to reflect the service I received from Adam Alex who dealt promptly and efficiently with the return and refund of my faulty purchase. Unfortunately though the Halle nest of tables which were returned were surprisingly sub standard.

I had an issue with an order and contacted Adam Alex who was able to positively resolve my situation. I am really happy with the service and product.

I ordered 2 items and unfortunately one arrived damaged. I called Orsina and spoke to Adam Alex who sorted everything out within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend, their products are lovely and their customer service is outstanding

The table I ordered as expected. Unfortunately, I noticed several problems with the paint that made the table appear of very poor quality. Initially customer services were quick to reply however, over a month since my first contact, they have stopped replying and have not responded to how I should return the product. I am having to dispute the sale with my credit card company to get a refund.

Absolutely shocking experience with Orsina. Ordered a dining table which arrived damaged. Arranged return of item which was collected 9th April and still no sign of my refund. Have emailed numerous times with no response and 2 phones calls, each being told my refund would be processed that day.
Having to now take action with my bank due to recover my money and will be contacting trading standards as this company is utterly disgraceful.

I received my refund! I had ordered a clock, which after almost 6 weeks, I never received. Despite several calls and emails, I never had a response from Orsina, nor any indication that my item had been despatched. Communication was nonexistent. Eventually, I got through to a member of staff who organised a refund. In the meantime, I had been forced to raise a fraud case with my credit card company (which I can now close). Since posting this review I have received several calls from Zoe who works in Orsina’s customer service department and she has been very helpful in ensuring my refund was processed. Although I now have my refund and can put this behind me it would have so much better if I had this great customer service when I first raised the alarm. I still don’t have a clock and have wasted six or seven weeks of my life on this. Honestly - while I am grateful to Zoe for her help after posting my review, I am still really unimpressed with Orsina and will not be shopping with them again. I just need to find a new mantle clock……

AVIOD!!! Customer service is absolutely shocking! I received the item that was much different to what was advertised on the website and straight away asked to return it waited days for a reply, bearing in mind we only have 14 days to return, I rang them for a lady to lie and say she has already sent them, I said no I have not received anything for them to say they had sent it to the wrong email address, I finally get the label and send it the same day and I am still yet to receive a refund or notification from them to say they have received the item or processed the refund! They are now ignoring my messages and phone calls. Not a good company.
