ORORO Canada absolutely exceeded our expectations! We first bought one of their heated vests for our daughter, who works as a large‑animal veterinarian and spends long hours outside in the freezing eastern Ontario winter. Her vest kept her warm and comfortable for a full eight hours, and the fit was spot‑on. The quality is outstanding.

We were so impressed that we ordered vests for ourselves for an upcoming trip to Iceland so we could pack lighter. My husband’s vest was a size too big, but the return and exchange process was unbelievably smooth. Nikki from customer service was amazing—friendly, communicative, and on top of every detail. She made sure we received the replacement quickly and confirmed we were happy with it.

Between the exceptional warmth, great fit, and truly stellar customer service, ORORO Canada has earned a glowing five‑star review from our whole family.

Made me pay 5 bucks for warranty return

The battery was faulty and for a “warranty replacement” the made me email them twice and then send them a VIDEO of me proving that the dead battery wouldn’t charge AND THEN made me pay 5 bucks for shipping. It would have been easier to just order an entire new vest, swap out the batteries, and return it that way.

I had a problem with my coat heating…

I had a problem with my coat heating after a couple of weeks. Aven, in customer support, was very helpful in checking it out. He was always very pleasant and got back to me right away. He ended up having a new coat sent and then checked to be sure I received it and if everything was good.

Amazing Company

What a great experience I had woth this company. Ordered a jacket and was disappointed that I needed to get a different size. Customer service was on point! I returned it and ordered the size i needed. Quick responses made the process easy. As for the jacket, AMAZING! I live in Alaska where temps are -40* consistently. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent/over the top customer…

I had excellent/over the top customer service from a rep named Lavinia. She was professional - yet personal, and made me feel valued as a customer. She spent time trying to resolve my issues over email, requesting screen shots of the problem with my device and helped with the paperwork I would need to send back to her. She was always quick to get back to me with a friendly greeting, while walking me through how to get resolution. To be honest, I was quite surprised!

Product, service and support are awesome.

I bought a medium and a large vest at Christmas for a single person. We were nervous that the size would not be correct so we ordered two. The product was so awesome that I decided to keep one for myself. However, the large was too small for my rotund waste so I decided to exchange it for an extra large. Nikki, in the service and support area at ORORO, was awesome. She and service and support team guided me through the whole exchange process. It worked seamlessly.

Excellent customer service

I had difficulty getting the package delivered by DHL. Ororo’s customer service was right on it, before I even contacted them. Outstanding customer service! Excellent products. I’ve owned several heated vests, given many as gifts, I also have the heated gloves. Overall I love their products. My suggestion would be heavier duty zippers. On all of my vests the pocket zippers go first, then the front zipper. Usually after a year of fairly constant wear in a farming environment.

Very pleased with Ororo’s caring and…

Very pleased with Ororo’s caring and quick custserv. We were experiencing a slight issue with our vest/battery a slight bit beyond warranty. After just a couple emails with Q&As they appropriately stood behind their great product above and beyond. Very professional!!

Disappointment at unprofessional customer service

After 2 small, well functioning batteries, I bought a larger one for longer heat. The heat did not last, however. I wrote to customer service. They suggested a refund/return. After many videos and documents they requested to prove my point and purchse of the battery and vest, they offered me $15 partial refund on the $90 battery, I guess a partial refund for a partially functioning battery.

Mixed feelings -- asked to pay a fee to replace an item that arrived faulty

Mixed feelings... As someone who is always cold, I have bought a significant number of Ororo items over the years. I've recommended them to multiple friends (at least 7 people have bought Ororo items as a result of seeing mine). I know and have accepted that they have relatively short lifespans (I'm on my 3rd heated gilet in about 5 years as they stop heating after a while even if you don't wash them). I bought myself some Ororo heated gloves this year, and they arrived faulty (one battery charged, the other did not). After months of back and forth with customer service, they agreed to replace the faulty battery, but only if I paid a delivery charge of £10 for the replacement battery. I'm now seeing if I can return the faulty gloves as I really don't feel like paying extra to get the item I already paid for once but that was not delivered to me in working order. There's also no guarantee that the replacement battery (listed as 'open box' in the invoice I was sent) won't also be faulty and then I assume I'd have to pay another £10 to try again if that were the case.

Customer Service

I bought an Ororo vest for my daughter through Amazon and the battery pack was not with the order. I called Ororo directly but it was over the weekend so I emailed them and they immediately called me on Monday which was a Holiday. They sent my daughter the battery pack and the cable and she received it within 10 days. I bought it through Amazon. Amazon informed me that I had to call them directly, which I thought I would not receive any support never mind the battery pack and cable. Due to the fast response and great customer service, I will definitely buy from Ororo again. Thank you again.

Good customer service from Neva.

Edited to add that I love my jacket. The xs fits me nicely and I'm around a size 10 UK, sometimes an 8. It heats up so quickly and it means I can now wear just one layer rather than the 4 to 5 I was wearing before. I love the blue light up button.

I ordered a small jacket and it was too big. It was bought in the sale so they said it couldn't be returned/swapped. I ended up getting a resolution via the customer rep called Neva. She was very polite and kind and replied fast. I sent my jacket in and received an XS. I also asked for a different colour and she organised that for me too. The reason it is a 4 and not a 5 is because the size advice isn't correct. The jacket is larger than stated.

I was having an issue with the batteries

I was having an issue with the batteries for my heated vest and gloves. I contacted customer service. They contacted me immediately. They listened to the issue, helped me and resolved it successfully. fantastic customer service. Now I have two great products that I absolutely love and highly recommend. If you spend time outside and like to be warm-get the heated vest and gloves. Even if it's just for taking your dogs for a walk!
