Great company to deal with, bought a heated Gilet which ended up being too big, contacted Ororo and had a speedy response on arranging an exchange, all done within 5 days. Would highly recommend them, great product, love it

Bought the heated socks and the sizing is a joke. The large is more like an XL. Contacted the company who would not offer an exchange.

I bought a pair of socks which were £89.99 they were on offer the were tight so needed to send them back the refused a return or refund because they were a reduced item so beware

I absolutely love my ororo heated jacket it works great, keeps me very warm and the battery life is incredible i also have a milwaukee heated jacket but the ororo is 100% a better jacket all around then the milwaukee one . I have had my heated jacket for 2 1/2 years and my power button just broke on March 12 and I emailed them had a very easy process of them sending me a brand new jacket which arrived today March 17. I was only without a working jacket for 5 days. I highly recommend this company and their jackets.

There was an issue with my vests function and they responded with replacement. They also were very thorough in assessing the issue so that a proper replacement could be made

The ororo team was super helpful! Making sure I had the means to ship my old vest back and they sent me a brand new one for only the cost of shipping!

Luke was really helpful when it came to replacing my gloves. He continuously followed up to make sure the process was going smoothly. I truly appreciate all of his help.

I received my heated gloves and the right one would not stay on...I contacted Ororo customer service and received a reply immediately- Luke went above and beyond to correct the issue and get a new pair out to me right away-He always responded to my emails/questions. I received the replacement gloves within a week ! I am very impressed by Ororo's customer service and will highly recommend to everyone.

I can’t express enough how much I love ORORO! I’ve purchased several items from them including a vest that I’ve had for about a year or so. It randomly stopped working, so I reached out to customer service regarding the warranty, and after a bit or troubleshooting they ended up sending me a replacement vest. The process was extremely quick and easy, and the customer service department was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a battery where the charging port broke off inside and would no longer charge. I reached out to the company via their online warranty claim and received a response within 24 hours. My replacement item was shipped out immediately and received within 5 business days. Customer service was prompt and polite at all times

Ororo replaced a vest that began to malfunction one year after it's purchased. I had to send them the relevant information to verify what was happening with the vest but they readily accepted it and immediately sent me a new one. I took a chance in asking if they might consider sending me a new one in a different color and they even went so far as to do that. Really impressed with their warranty and assistance throughout the school process. Very seamless. Ivy was lovely to deal with.

Quick delivery, well packaged, unfortunately the size was to big, but received a replacement order with perfect size within a couple of days. Very happy with the product and the very good service.

I believed that my vest was defective and contacted Ororo directly, as the vest was warranted for one year. I explained my issue and a response from Ororo was received almost immediately with suggestions to try before going through the return process. I was so surprised at the quick response and went through the list provided by Ororo and the vest worked. It turned out that it was operator error! So happy with the results and that I received a response in such a timely manner.
