We absolutely love our Ororo Heated Apparel. We’ve purchased multiple coats over the years, and every single one has been fantastic—warm, comfortable, and incredibly well‑made. We’ve even given them as gifts to some very picky family members, and they’re obsessed with them too.

Charged £10 for shipping, lost my parcel, and tried to make me pay another £10 to have a replacement delivered. Still trying to get a refund for the original lost parcel, but unable to speak to anyone over the phone as they don't have UK customer service.

I ordered a heated vest from Ororo for my girlfriend’s birthday, but when it arrived I was unable to find it. After days of looking for the package I finally reached out to customer support and Cedric was extremely helpful. He managed to send me another vest free of charge! (only had to pay shipping, very reasonable) Cedric was understanding and helped me through the process. Great customer service from Ororo, and I can’t wait for my girlfriend to use the vest!

Rarely would I give a 5* review to a product that was delivered faulty! But in this case the speed and professionalism with which my issue was resolved highlighted the justifiable pride Ororo has in its product! My issue concerned a faulty battery pack, but this was replaced immediately with no delay or fuss. Gilet now functions perfectly… great product and even better customer experience. There are many cheaper brands available but Ororo is worth the premium.

This is my second Ororo heated vest. The first was a fleece vest and although it worked great, it was too big and I had lost some weight a few months after I got it, which made it very loose on me. Two weeks ago, my dog chewed the zipper off of it and I decided to buy a new one.

I got a medium this time, with the soft shell and it is awesome. I really like the chest pocket along with the zippers, which I didn’t have on the prior vest.

We had an issue with the outerwear not turning on. Ororo did a great job backing their product and quickly replaced the item. They were very efficient in their handling of the problem and the experience made us Ororo customers for life. Aven is the support person we worked with and was extremely professional and helpful.
