تجربتي مع خدمة اورانج كاش كانت سيئة للغاية. لقد واجهت صعوبة في استخدام الخدمة وفي التعامل مع موظفي الفروع. كانوا غير متعاونين وغير محترفين، ولم يساعدوني في حل المشكلة التي واجهتني. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كانت خدمة العملاء غير مفيدة على الإطلاق. لم يتم الرد على مكالماتي ولا رسائلي الإلكترونية بشكل سريع، وعندما تم الرد عليها كان الرد غير مفيد ولا يحل المشكلة بشكل كامل.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، واجهت صعوبات في التعامل مع روتين الشركة المتعب، حيث يتطلب الحصول على أي خدمة أو حل مشكلة الكثير من الوقت والجهد. .

بشكل عام، لا أوصي بشركة اورانج مصر لأي شخص يبحث عن شركة اتصالات محمولة موثوقة. تجربتي كانت سيئة جداً ولم أكن راضياً عن الخدمة التي تلقيتها منهم. أتمنى أن تتحسن خدماتهم في المستقبل وأن يعملوا على تحسين تجربة العملاء وتبسيط روتين الشركة

Very cheap way to collect monthly invoices , nevertheless awful coverage

Trying to take money from my account, I am not with this company and never have been, reported as fraud

No one answer in phone they deduct money from credit and no where can find for what. They stole money

Slow responses and no proper and clear information to provide

DO NOT USE, they are thieves. If you’re a foreigner they take more money from you without explanation assuming you won’t be able to tell. When you complain when you figure out the theft, suddenly the system is down…
I went to the branch over 10 times to get the STOLEN money they added on my monthly bill. for over a month the system is being updated. when you call to complain, they tell will call you back with information.
If other Orange companies in WESTERN countries would’ve done that, governments would shut them down.

Just landed in Portugal. No internet roaming service inspite of previous notification to an Orange representative.
What happened after that when dealing with orange customer service is a pathetic story of very poor service, extreme incompetence lies and fraud. So sorry to have witnessed the descent of orange to such a low level.

Poor service, poor informations,not honest to advice the foreigner and tourists,not centralised informations between the branches so you need to see more than branch to look for the honest customer services.
They waist my holiday and my money every time I come.for my Australian friends my advise don't choose Orange

Bad experience, Very bad service, the customer service didn't help me for any questions everything she told me that please go to your nearest orange the lady name Aya Mohamed she didn't answered me for any questions or she can not understand my question orange have to trained their staff sorry

Ok, let me introduce you to their scam tactics. At Hurghada airport, we bought 2 sim cards for ridiculously low prices. One of them was 30GB for 9USD. It was working for maybe the first evening, then it ran out data... when we came back to the airport, departing home, i left the SIM plastic frame inside my backpack. The first security guy told me that i have to pass through some security check. Ok... when he was searching my backpack, the only thing he was interested in was the plasric frame of that SIM. He told me "what is this... it is a trash, throw it away... HERE... " I was just thinking like... ok, here you go. And I threw it to the plastic container that he showed me. Then I wanted to buy a coffee, the guy at the cafe after the security check asked me kindly if I, by any chance, have some Egyptian SIM card, because I am leaving and probably I will not need it anymore and that he needs to give it to his relative or some other bs... so I said yes of course I have and it has a plenty of remaining data! I gave him that SIM which ran out of data the first day. But then I connected everything together. They are doing this to resell the used ones. Even the guy who only wanted me to throw that empty frame out... cool. Be careful, this is a scam country and I would not go there anymore.

they dont care about the consumer, they literally rob us on a daily basis, how on earth can someone put 43% taxes on all their products, their services are always down, whenever I try to renew my tariff it tells me that I do not have enough funds although I have more than enough. absolute thieves.

Quick and easy purchase and install at the Cairo airport. The cost was very reasonable and the service was good throughout my 2 week stay in Egypt

orange.eg mobile review: TDLR: SCAM
did buy 2 simcards with data plan = 18 GBit
1. scamed by there emplyees at airport (got 16 GBits)
2. i record my data usege. after 2.4 GBits. "MY orange app" tells me i am out.
3. contact orange.eg they say i have used all on one simcard
4. they tell me i have 2Gbits left out of 16 on the other sim that i have not even activated.

I've tried all major service providers, but the worst is Orange which I completely regret subscribing :(
They keep reducing the speed, then I call them to raise it then they reduce it again and we get into this endless loop !!

Worst customer service, instead of solving a problem they were responsible for in the first place they started blaming me for not calling them from the beginning. They left the issue unsolved. Couldn’t even renew my internet package which is the most basic service that should be provided because of their faulty system.

The worst customer services, and the worst quality ever - people are not well trained how to deal with customer complaints at all, its very obvious that complaints department at the customer service team are totally unprofessional... ORANGE needs to reorganize their structure and to hire well people with a proper management and proper coaching, else you will loose alot of your first class customers

Presumed Orange Egypt was as good as in other countries, it is not. Their smiles mask the fact that they just take your money and don't provide the service. You ask for a reply in English and get Arabic. It bewilders me that those that pray five times a day, treat others in such a way. Very disappointed.

Dishonest Telecom Company

For 3 consecutive months, I'm not receiving the service I'm registered to it with an excuse from the customer service that we have a system error.
Customer service very unhelpful.

Scam at airport

After 2 days 40 GB used... yeah sure and I'm Santa Claus.
They didn't sell 40 GB... they charge your balance and every 500 mb you get charged and ... yeah it's not worth it to go further.
