Excellent tech support & customer service
Nwachukwu was so excellent with technical support and customer service. They asked the right questions in order to provide me with the correct instructions, which were detailed, easy to follow, and most importantly - correct! Their responses were prompt and they made sure to check in and follow up with me. These days it is rare to get this level of timely, accurate service, and without having to jump through a million hoops. Well done!

OptinMonster is easy to set up and offers practical campaigns. When I had a minor issue and contacted their technical support, I communicated with Mr. Nwachukwu, who explained the problem in detail and helped resolve it. Some companies provide only AI, not real humans, like OptinMonster.

cancellation and refund policy is highly predatory. There is no support person just a chatbot.
To the response below - I am logged into my account. I clicked support and it opened the following URL: app.optinmonster.com.account.support/
clicking the "create a support ticket" takes you to the same URL.
I am cancelling my account within 1 hour of receiving the renewal notice, but you refuse to refund me for the next year of service, which I do not need.
I am not even pursuing refund for the past 2 years of service which were not used. (Business/website closed).

Easy to use for everyone
OptinMonster is easy to use and effective. Even if you have no idea what you're doing when it comes to pop-ups or other forms of in-line data collection, OptinMonster is designed to be pretty intuitive. Additionally, my experience with customer service with Mustafa was exceptional. I would highly recommend.
