Just joined & given a great price with an extra 10% off. Took out the platinum plan so it covers everything. Obviously not used the company for anything yet but hopefully, it will be a straightforward process.

So far so great
I have changed to Openfix after more than 40years with British Gas, whose prices have become ridiculous. The process has been straightforward and without stress and I hope my experience if I need repairs will be the same

Annual boiler inspection
From the making of the appointment, to the inspection being carried out all went very smoothly. The engineer rang me in advance on the morning giving me an ETA. Which was helpful. He arrived, carried out the maintenance on the boiler thoroughly, checked the outside outlet, the gas meter, the pressure in the system. Very respectful young man, a credit to the Company.

Boiler service
My planned visit had to be cancelled at the last minute due to some emergencies but the engineer did communicate this to me and humble apologized. With a hope to reschedule soon. This isn't nobodies fault but I'm glad of the communication.

We moved from British Gas to Openfix
We moved from British Gas to Openfix, the engineer from Openfix went the extra mile, not only did he service the boiler l, he then went on to fully test the system and found a fault. British Gas never did that, they would service and walk away. The same engineer came to fit the expansion part and then he went around the house bleeding the radiators to ensure everything was fully working. Delighted with this diligent and thorough engineer.

I was very pleased with the customer…
I was very pleased with the customer service.
I wanted to join and was keen for a boiler service. The customer service representative called me and made sure I would be able to have my service earlier than the area month of August. I would highly recommend for the customer service.
