I placed an order for Diwali sweets on…
I placed an order for Diwali sweets on October 14th for my sister-in-law, who lives in the Maldives. I paid ₹5,700, which included ₹3,500 for courier charges. However, I haven’t received any updates so far. I tried calling them, but their phone was switched off. I also sent complaints through email and WhatsApp, but there has been no response.
It appears that Oorla.com is a fraudulent website, and I have lost ₹5,700 due to this scam.

Oorla sweets is a scame
I bought the sweets some 3 weeks ago via online payment. I have received the Tracking number and order number. Still there is no info about the delivery. No emails and the contact number is not reacheable. Its a scam and better not to purchase from Oorla sweets.

They are a scam. I had ordered from them and they never delivered at all. When requested for refund they never reply also.

Fungus in FOOD / Split delivery NO Customer support
I placed Order my order number was ORG33098
My Order was delivered in Split form, with NO Support from Oorla on tracking and Issues.
Further Upon Reeciving Pkg and Opening it found that Sweets were all gone BAD with Fungus.
Tried calling their Support , Instead of Answering calls they Disconnected the calls.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTING MONEY OH THEM.

Worst
Well, they need the correct delivery partner. When tracking the order it says delivered but I have not received any order. The logistics vendor is Shree Maruti who is third class and no CS follow up. Bad experience

Missing Palakaram in my order (ORG35402)
I ordered a Palakara petti ( order no: ORG35402). Even thogh its expensive for its quantity of content, I ordered for its quality. Received the parcel today at my UK residence. Disappointed to see one item is missing- 9 containers instead of 10 stated in ingredient card. The most expexted Palkova is the missing item. Very much disappointed. How can it be rectified?

It was definitely a fast service
It was definitely a fast service. But did not deliver the same product as advertised. Paid so much to get so little amount ( like samplers) and couple of sweet boxes not sealed and not closed properly too n the ghee leaked into the cardboard box plus the storage box was so oily when touched too! Delivered soan papadi instead of palkova is a big disappointment.

A taste of home
I recently ordered a few products from Oorla for my daughter in Sweden. She got it on time. It was neatly packed and fresh. My daughter loved them all. I had few issues like customs and incorrect phone number. All were sorted out by their customer service personnel. I had a good experience with them.

This is the worst I’ve tasted
This is the worst I’ve tasted. I ordered the sweet jackfruit Kerala style and it was awful. Tasted like Ayurvedic medicine. It has no jackfruit taste- just an overkill of jaggery. The coconut chutney powder is full of the dhal taste not like the chamundi podi made in Kerala. Every item I ordered was inferior in taste- unlike the other vendors that give you your money’s worth. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - it’s absolutely the worst.

Well made but too expensive !!!
Ordered twice from them (different items); their products are well made and homely. But they are too expensive for the quantity they provide.
Assorted millet laddu is 1/5th size of a laddu, picture on the website is very deceiving ..
