Messaged this agency and Jordan parker was very good, super fast reply and found them to have excellent prices on holidays overall great experience dealing with Jordan parker .

I had an excellent experience with Kingston at One World Travels. He took the time to tailor our holiday exactly to our needs and budget, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I changed my requirements several times, but he was always patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

What really impressed me was his dedication—I even received an updated quote at 12:11 am, which shows his commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Kingston again for our next holiday, and I highly recommend One World Travels, especially Kingston, to anyone looking for a personalised and stress-free booking experience!

I was looking at a booking to visit Krakow and Auschwitz, and my helper, Adriian Close , was so amazing and helpful. Even when I needed changes to the date;it was handled calmly and efficiently. The prices of the accommodation and flights were managed so well. Next time, I'll definitely consider booking with them again. Highly recommend.

We are a very indecisive family and have flitted between various different holidays this year - all at last minute (we finally booked yesterday and we fly in a week). Our agent (Ruby Elliot) has been very patient with us and has given us lots of options until we finally got our perfect holiday package. Thank you Ruby ☺️

Kingston the agent was very professional, very cordial laid out our holiday plan very simple and very easy to understand.

Sent a whatsapp msg to your representative Ruby Elliot regarding a holiday to Thailand for 2 people. Didn't realise whatsapp wasn't working but Ruby responded as soon as she could. I told her the dates of travel and what we wanted from the holiday, but open to suggestions. She very quickly put together an itinerary which was exactly what we were looking for (neither of us have been to Thailand). Throughout the booking process Ruby has kept in touch & checked all ok. We have now paid our deposit & looking forward to our holiday. Thankyou Ruby, a credit to your company

So what can I say but a massive thank you to Martin (Wolfe). My first holiday booked with him and it won't be the last. He was amazing and we had an amazing time in Poland. Flights were great. Hotel was amazing and the tour was brilliant. Thank you Martin made mine and my wife's wedding anniversary perfect 😊

Great experience Martin Wolfe made the whole process quick and easy highly recommend Martin in the whole booking process for my holiday in krakow couldn’t be happier with my booking experience

Ruby Elliot made the whole booking experience so easy being that I run my own business and have very little time to book any type of trip
She made the whole process so easy to follow being very thorough and efficient at the same time. Her attention to detail was amazing asking all the right questions and dealing with our specific needs. Thank you Ruby 👍🏻

Martin Wolfe has been amazing, I kept going back and forth with questions, he remained polite and patient throughout the booking process, thank you Martin!!
