Booked holiday to Thailand through one world travel, the level of information and correspondence was absolutely spot on, never any pressure to buy on the spot. Also arranged a instalment plan with no additional fee. Martin wolfe was the representative from the company, very professional and helpful. Thank you Martin. RUINED MY SON’S 9TH BIRTHDAY! Food poisoning, dirty hotel, extortionate delays, and £200 insult compensation!

SDO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I am writing this completely devastated after returning early from what was supposed to be a magical 9th birthday trip for my son at Disneyland Paris, but turned into an absolute nightmare from start to finish because of MAX’s disgraceful service and completely fake promises at OWT GROUP LTD. Communication throughout was non-existent, leaving me completely on my own to deal with late transfers from an unknown company, unexpected late-night hotel ordeals past midnight where we were forced to stand in the lobby for over an hour struggling with a surprise £150 deposit request, and a filthy room with zero of the birthday surprises promised for my son. To make matters worse, I suffered severe food poisoning from the hotel food at the Grand Magic Hotel which is nowhere near a 4-star standard and had to rely entirely on my husband for support while OWT GROUP LTD completely neglected us when we desperately needed help. When I brought these severe issues directly to manager MAX, he showed zero empathy, made endless excuses, and offered an insulting £200 gesture after ruining our entire family holiday and wasting our hard-earned money. MAX’s handling of this situation on behalf of OWT GROUP LTD was dismissive, disrespectful, and utterly appalling. They over-promised, lied to us, took our cash, and ran away when things went wrong. I am making a formal demand for a full refund of £670.00 IMMEDIATELY from OWT GROUP LTD. Stop ignoring your clients, take responsibility for your failures, and refund my £670.00 right now EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID OWT GROUP LTD AT ALL COSTS!

This is the 1st time using One World Travels. My experience from start to finish has been fantastic. My agent Ruby (Elliot) was with me every step of the way. From answering any questions i had, to amending and upgrading the holiday. She was extremely patient with me as im a but of a dinasaur when it comes to booking things on line. I normally visit a travel agent in person.
