Excellent communication, let me know when fabric quality was unacceptable due supplier error further up chain, offered a replacement and sent quickly with a little extra fabric as an apology. First class service!

Frankly ... fantastic service, but without pushing or prying or any sense of trying
.. just helpful, very friendly, cool and totally in tune with what I needed. And as for the the postage... got here in the blink of an eye! I would have been happy with another day or two rather than think anyone was stressing to get the stuff out... but nonetheless, it was literally astounding. (((O)_(O)))

- If I have ever needed help I have used the text service and always had a quick response and help with fabrics or with ordering!
- I have ordered three times now and have received delivery next day which is fantastic!
- the quality of the fabric is also great, I ordered a lot of samples from different places but these were by far the best!
I will always use this company for fabric!

I love the material and it's cheaper than abchane my local haberdashery and craft store and I only ordered the material at a weekend it came very quickly and the little extra gift for half or next to nothing pice is fantastic
