I have purchased several machines from AW3 now and have never been disappointed in the hardware, sales team or the excellent customer service. Highly recommended

Be very careful when buying from this business. Firstly you will not find them on companies house, secondly you will not get a response to any dsar, thirdly they will pump you to a finance broker and then conveniently your lease contract will be with a completely different entity, also with no website and no phone number. This has all the hallmarks of a scam and you will not be able to sell your equipment on for any more than 10-20% of the value of what you have paid for it.

Complaints have been raised with the ICO and the FCA regarding their practice and they will attempt to send you machinery ahead of any finance being confirmed to force you into accepting a lease agreement which will be not on favourable terms and completely against what you have agreed with "Alex" on the phone.

A year later and this is now going to court. DO NOT BUY AND STEER CLEAR.

Amazing product amazing results

The worst experience. Please don’t buy one of there machines. The training is substandard. Advice is novice ,the trainers are using the machine without goggles. No health and safety. Once you’ve bought the machine you’re trapped with it ! You can’t part exchange it , to sell it ,they want to charge £4600 for training and service. I tried to sell my machine ,I advertised it ,the prospective purchaser came viewed the machine was making me an offer, but because AW3 put guidelines of having to service and buy a training package ,I gave the contact details of AW3 to the purchaser they rang them instead of supporting the sale , they offered my purchaser a machine . I lost the sale. Feel trapped with this machine , no support or help from them , they don’t care once they have your money. Shocking company , don’t buy there machines !!!! You can’t sell them on !!!! I am disgusted by the whole AW3 experience. Kings of Laser what a joke !!!! You all sound happy when you buy. Wait till you want to sell or change your machine. There is No support !! I rang today , they wouldn’t even speak to me , because I wasn’t buying , they put the receptionist on ! That’s the AW3 community !! Once you’ve bought a machine your abandoned. !! She says it wasn’t there problem what o do with the machine. Sell it cheap !! lol.

After doing lots of research I decided to purchase the AW3 flash ink tattoo removing system- very happy with the training provided and love y flash ink - I also like the fact if I have any questions or help Sarah and Nancy are always there to help- I definitely would recommend this company. Amazing company to work with. I purchased the AW3 schenelle Ultra on pre-release in October 2022 and the communication from
Start to finish was great, I was assigned Chloe to help me with the process and she has always been very helpful and quick to respond to any questions via WhatsApp. My machine was delivered as agreed and I completed the training via zoom due to living in West Yorkshire, which was fab. Sara was very professional and helped me every step of the way at my own pace and what I liked was this can be revisited whenever needed at no additional cost. All in all I have found the company really helpful and good to work with, I received lots of support in relation to marketing and my posts always get re-shared by All white Laser so you feel part of the team. The machine itself is amazing the results I get are insane my clients recommend me to all their friends and add areas on which has helped to build my business really quickly. Within 8 months of working full time around doing laser I was able to leave my full time job to focus on my laser business and it just keeps going from strength to strength! to me, it was an experience beyond my expectation.
i met the company in person, and we made a very good deal. also the level of communication was of very high quality making me feel comfortable at all cost and leaving no room for any miscommunication.

i have seen some reviews about the machine taking longer than expected to be delivered, leaving some frustration. i myself have experienced a delay,
but. as soon as we sorted it out the machine was in place in less than 3 days,
just remain patient, I know now what the issue is causing the delay and I can assure it's not the company. just keep consistent in reaching out to them instead of waiting.

The person who wrote the negative comment below seems like a very negative person. He has about 30 written reviews on his profile and about 27 of them are negative, very very strange so authenticity is questionable 🤔. Who would even write a negative review on a company that he hasn't even purchased from? I have been using Allwhite for years and they are very helpful and supportive to my business. Great great machnies. And no I don't want any Tom Dick and Harry to know the price of my machine thank you very much. Good on Allwhite for not just giving out prices to random window shoppers. I love the V Combo machine and I would highly recommend Allwhite.

I went on the website and selected contact us for a price and filled in my details. I then got a email titled price and costs of machines that had a youtube link about why machines vary in price but no prices.
i got another email about ex demo machines again no prices. Then another email about types of machine and finally another email saying they sent a brochure and training is included but in order to get a price i would need to call them because apparently its impossible for them to send me a price they have to tell me a price as this might vary due to addons finance service plans and rentals. so apprently im smart enough to use a machine to laser someone just not smart enough to understand a price list. this company is a joke i will find another that will give me a straight answer and doesnt pose models in pictures pretending to get laser in their emails.
