Smsts completed and passed on 31/1/26, it is now the 9/4/26 and no certificate received. Have contacted them many times and they have a different excuse on the 2 times they’ve ever actually responded. Spoken to CITB (the smsts is a citb course) who have confirmed that they have received my pass details but cannot issue the certificate as they are awaiting more details from construction helpline, so it is definitely this company that is the problem

Absolute disgraceful customer service from this company past my test on 4th december 2025 last year and still not recieved my green card after at least 20 calls and 4 months, they keep coming with the same bs we have sent it sir (lieing), would'nt leave me alone for payment for card and test soon as i passed test they cut you off, warning do not use this servise/company for your card they are awful and only want your money!

Completed an NVQ through this company and never received my certificate. Tried to call them several times and the line is never answered no matter which option you choose at the swicthboard

We booked an SSSTS course through Construction Helpline for a member of staff on 12 February 2026. She attended the course in full and passed the exam. Despite this, her portal still shows 0% attendance and lists the course as “upcoming”.
Weeks later, there is still no certificate. We have now been told it will be at least another three weeks before this is resolved. This is completely unacceptable, particularly as we require the certificate for a Tier 1 client’s health and safety compliance.
What is most concerning is the complete lack of customer support. Calls are repeatedly cut off before reaching anyone, and emails are not being answered. There is no way to resolve what should be a straightforward administrative issue.
For a company providing accredited training, this level of service is frankly unacceptable. Basic record keeping is incorrect, certification is delayed without justification, and communication is non existent.
This has caused avoidable delays to our work and undermines confidence in the service being provided.
At present, we have a member of staff who has completed and passed the course, yet cannot evidence it due to administrative failures entirely outside of our control. That is not acceptable for any professional training provider.
I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before using this company.

They haven’t paid wages owed and ignored every bit of correspondence left me in financial distress

An absolutely rubbish company. Passed test back in November and despite literally calling every week still no card - they lie to me tell me it's on it's way and still nothing. They say they will call me back and they never do. They are happy to take the money but the service is beyond awful. DO NOT USE

Poor service took my money and still waiting for a test date 12 days later

Booked and paid for my CSCS Card and test in November 25, passed the test 13th December 2025…it’s now 11th February 2026 and am STILL waiting for my card. Shocking service…they keep sending me emails about signing up for renewal (even though I did with them) but when I ask where my card is there’s just silence.

Update - now over 1 month later and still no card. I had a brief call with someone there who said they would make sure my card would be prioritised (oh and also asked if I would take down or edit my review) but had no response to chasing emails since. I would not recommend using these people at all - completely unprofessional.

My experience with the course was great once mr. Jamie Hampshire got involved. I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and quick responses. I recommend him as an assessor to everyone who is ready to start the course!!!

Multiple negative experiences.
I was originally told the wrong test centre which nearly caused me to miss the test.
I had my 2nd test cancelled due to technical errors, was told i would be contacted to rebook my test when the server was working, i was never contacted and called myself and got the test booked.
I am now awaiting my green cscs card i have been told 4 different time frames of when it will be delivered and all have passed.
i am now being told the card is being processed and will take up to next week even though i was told the card would be delivered on 4 separate dates.

Lives have been negatively impacted by the CEO Umer Mansoor not paying bills or wages. Candidates gave up valuable time and left frustrated and angry as did the trainers and assessors. I and others are persuing legal routes to close this down to save others from its harmful practices

Avoid this company at all costs, SCAM.

They will take your money with no intention of issuing a card

Paid for card on 5 nov and told test would be no later than the 7 nov so i could take test and start site contract 10 nov they never no test no response rude lost contract

It was a very good training.
I was surprised that the content of the course covered every aspects of the construction industry.
The assessor was tremendously helpful.

They are a sponsorship company that brings people from India to scam others in the UK. They will keep calling you until they get what they want — your money and your time. After that, they disappear and even make fun of you. They are not genuine and sell things they cannot deliver. I wish I had read a review like this before buying their courses.

If you are planning to buy a course in construction, always check the official CSCS website for trusted training partners.

It was a very good training with a World Class facilitator that is always willing to help.The Assessor gave a lot of encouragement too.

STAY AWAY⚠️!!!

I worked for them looking for my first job in the marketing industry back in 2024 as I was super passionate to get into this industry just after I left college at 17 years old.

They paid me late majority of the months.

And on my second final paycheck and last month working for them, they paid me nearly 1 month LATE - and gave me little to know communication the whole time - an extremely stressful time as you can imagine especially when no one is telling me when I will get paid.

They had one more paycheck the following month and after all of the hassle, paid me my final but nearly 1 week late.

They claimed that they weren’t paying me because I hadn’t returned a work laptop (but they never gave me the collection label for weeks) and I was always compliant and happy to return the laptop - also not paying an employee nearly 1 month late because they haven’t recieved a work laptop is ILLEGAL. Very illegal.

Absolutely frustrating. Poor, communication. Waste of money!

I did painting and decorating training with construction helpline,all the staff and tutors are very supportive.The style of teaching is very suitable for all special who is working.I recommend them for who want to upgrade their skills and get new path.

I had again soo much knowledge and skills in the industry. People like me are within the system that needs to make that major steps in they are carrier. In order to improve individually and the construction industry in whole. Thanks for the team identifying me.
