My parcel was not delivered to me
My parcel was not delivered to me. Presumably it went somewhere else. Please can you look into this for me as of course I have paid for goods I have not received.

absolutely brilliant customer service…
absolutely brilliant customer service from Onestopfabrics. Hermes failed miserably to deliver my parcel, neither could I get any response or action from them. A phone call to One Stop Fabrics resulted in them dispatching a new parcel which I received the next day. Thank you so much.
