One Pound Sweets Omdömen

Great prices. Shopped about as was buying sweets for work and wanted the best value. Delivery was free and received within a couple of days

Excellent service many thanks

So glad I found this website. There’s a LOT to choose from and some really unusual sweets as well. Love the Halloween sweets, speedy delivery, really happy with my purchase.

Very quick delivery. Good price. Good assortment of sweets.

I have NEVER IN MY LIFE experienced such appalling and unhelpful ‘customer care’.
1. Wrong product sent
2. One bag unsealed and short weight
3. Fourteen x 100gm bags weighed 1350gm
I was told in three separate responses to my requests for support that I could return the lot at my own expense, and that I had the product that I’d ordered.
Screenshot of the ordered item online, photos of sweets on scales showing low weight & unsealed bag were disregarded. The reply, again, was ‘like I said, if you don’t want them…’ and more, to the effect that it was all tough luck but nobody was going to resolve any part of my complaint, including the matter of the unsealed, underweight bag.
What this company needs is a literate, diplomatic, interested and caring person to resolve complaints and leave a SWEET taste behind.
I cannot recommend Traditional Candy Co - One Pound Sweets or any of their affiliates. Good luck if you use them and have any issues after payment and delivery.
26.09.24 Update!
Having restated yet again my 3-part complaint I got the following response:
"Right I cant be bothered with you anymore.
We have refunded your order in full"
So there was success, of a sort, but tainted by the rudeness of the customer service person, who definitely needs a lesson in very basic manners!
I hope NEVER IN MY LIFE to experience anything like this again.

I bought Black Jacks and Fruit Salads. Many of those who bought these sweets from various other websites were complaining that they were well out of date. Others said they had a funny chemical taste. A number complained about the wrappings being almost impossible to unstick from the sweets inside. I had none of those problems. I am a very happy customer and will be back for more!

Excellent service, communication and prompt delivery. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic selection and fantastic customer service. Place order online. Amazing and easy to navigate website. Order was dispatched within a day or so. All arrived perfect. Highly recommended.

Amazing and fast delivery my kids ready enjoy the sweets

Absolutely loved the range of products to order

First time bought confectionary from pound sweets .I'm very happy with the Quick delivery and my order which came today very good value for money, and super sweets and recycling bags

What I wanted when I wanted it at the right time

They are ALWAYS out of stock, Their app prices are different to their website prices, you can only use promo codes on the website, not accepted on app.. where the prices are cheaper.. one code only allowed.. the codes you use then are not taking much off the cost as the Web prices are already inflated.. oh, you can only use codes if you are spending over £25,.. free shipping? they have just increased their free shipping from £25 to minimum £50 spend... I give up...

I am moaning because people like you have made it so that we need eyes in the back of our heads to be able to buy Twiglets and Pound Sweets ( used to be called "Penny Sweets" ) these days!

Excellent choice of confectionery I can’t find anywhere else! Dispatch was excellent too! I highly recommend this company..

Great seller. Well packaged. Wonderful prices.

Fabulous service, will definitely recommend!

I don't think this deserves any stars really as the whole service was atrocious!
I spent £30 and wanted the parcel delivered to my work, Amazon delivered it to completely the wrong address. Emails went back and forth between myself and one pound sweets and they didn't give a toss that I hadn't received anything.
Amazon took a picture of where they delivered it and there is nowhere at my work that has anything there like was in the picture. The picture definitely wasn't taken at the address I asked it to be delivered to.
One pound sweets didn't give a toss so I've ended up with no sweets and out of pocket.

First time ordering, spot on, will be ordering again.

Purchased 2 boxes of crisps. Received the wrong ones i ordered sent me Real Ox flavour with only10 days left on the sell buy date on both boxes. Should have received Pipers longhorn beef crisps. Contacted customer service and was told i had received the correct order, If i wanted to return the order i had to pay for the return postage. I asked them why the crisps i had received only had 10 days left on the sell buy date. They never responded to my question. If you want to spend your money on end of date products then this shop will be great for you. See attached photos.

Really easy to place an order and received it within a few days. Great selection online, had no issues so didn't need to speak to their customer service team

Would highly recommend
