The crisps arrived badly crushed and reduced to crumbs with the bags burst and the crumbs spilling everywhere. I took photos and swept up the crumbs. They refused to refund saying the crumbs could be eaten! Most were dust and the ones that weren't were soft where the bags had been open. Would not use again.

Different sweets to what was advertised were sent to me but there is no method to return them
I emailed the ‘help desk’ but the customer service is dreadful and rude
I was told I would have to pay extra to return them with no mention of a refund
Dreadful company - do not order
