First class service …
Used the services of One Perfect Stay several times now for Dubai holidays and found their service to be first class. From the first point of contact William gave us various options of apartments. He sent photographs and descriptions. After making our choice he quickly sent through the instructions for booking. On arrival we were greeted by the operations manager who checked us in.
Each apartment we have stayed in has been beautifully presented and immaculate.
Throughout our stays William kept in touch with us making sure everything was ok.
I would highly recommend OPS and I for one will use them for future holidays.

Looking for a short-term rental manager? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
My husband and I own an apartment in Dubai, and are sometimes on a long holiday in our home country. Therefor we wanted to rent out our place with short-term rental.
We found One Perfect Stay and got in touch with them. Our first impressions where really good, they where active and professionals.
After we signed the deal the problems started. Our flat was now visible on Airbnb, booking.com etc., but the ad contained misinformation, the prices where lower than agreed on and the pictures did not represent the quality and views of our apartment.
We contacted them over and over and without luck. Weeks would go by, and finally they changed some of the pictures (the cover photo, which is quite important for a first time impressions). Some of the information's are still incorrect - Such as the prices and that there are no fire alarm, but of course there are!
As the summer started we waited for bookings, but nothing happened. Before we left to our home country we prepared our flat with BRAND new sheets and towels (for around 4-6 guests).
They managed to secure one booking for four days.
We came back to Dubai in the beginning of September and after washing all the sheets and towels, we discovered that it was not ours. It was dirty and full of wholes and with some funny labors on. Ours was from IKEA and Pan Furnitures.
Therefor we contacted OPS, but again there service was so bad. Either they would not reply or else they kept sending us on and on and promised to contact us without luck.
After weeks we got in touch with one, and they will not admit that the housekeeping made a mistake and replaced all of our private stuff with theirs. So now we have all of there old and dirty stuff and none of our new, clean and private. We have had to buy everything from new. We have basically earnt nothing by using OPS.
Our advice: Do it yourself or find someone else to rent out your apartment!

worst agency ever! they won't give you the flat you booked, they won't assist you, they will ruin your holiday! go somewhere else
STAY AWAY ! They would cancel your reservation in the last minute .
In July we booked and paid in full for a beautiful apartment in Marina/Dubai for 10 days October stay . I had difficulty communicating with them , 3 emails sent & 8 days later I received a rude & condescending response from Akshay William .
2 days before our arrival I still did not have the address or the check in information. Instead I received an email being told they cancelled the rental . They offered 2 alternatives which were way lower quality & not at all acceptable , still for the same high price ! They wait until the last minute to cancel knowing that with such a short notice you would accept what they offer . This way they get rid of a least desirable property and get a high price for it .
I called Airbnb to try & find another accommodation & I ended up with $78 phone bill & I spent a whole afternoon trying to find a suitable accommodation. Not easy 2 d prior your arrival.
I contacted & initiated a complaint with the Ministry Of Tourism in Dubai .The Ministry investigated it & I received a letter of apology & a promise to pay for the phone bill from One Perfect Stay . 7 weeks later , they still did not send me the money !
If anyone had a bad experience & is posting a review , I strongly recommend to make a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism in Dubai .This way they can be held accountable & their license might be revoked.The photo on the left is what we booked , the 2 on the right are what they offered ! From a beautiful marina view to a freeway view ( you can see the photos on the Google review ) .
STAY AWAY - WILL RUIN YOUR TRIP
STAY AWAY! Disgustingly rude customer service and absolutely no regard for anything but money. I had booked an apartment with this company via AirBnb and got it confirmed and paid for the stay. One week before I am to arrive, I get a message saying they are cancelling my stay due to another guest deciding to stay longer. Originally they blamed it on health reasons, but I later found out it was just because the previous guest trashed the place so badly they needed a whole week to clean it up and instead of doing this they decided to cancel my stay and move me to another apartment on the opposite side of town which looked more like a student dorm room than the luxury apartment with city view I paid for. I repeatedly requested to keep the apartment I booked, change to another of their bookings with a standard closer to the one I booked, and even to stay at the low standard apartment in the poor location for a reduced price. They eventually, after a lot of arguing, offered me a 5% discount. 5%. After I nagged and compromised, accepting a stay at a place way below the standard I originally paid for, they offered me a discount that wouldn't even cover the cost of a taxi across town to where I originally was planning to stay.
This company repeatedly prioritizes whoever pays the most money and does not honour any contracts with the customer, regardless of your booking having already been confirmed by themselves.
Lazy, rude, discriminating and money hungry - the only way I can describe this company. Oh, and also unclean - the pictures they sent me of the apartment they offered me in replacement is ridiculous, you can see actual filth (or worse) along the bathroom floor.
I will mention they offered me an upgrade to a 1br apartment, however they of course gave this apartment to another guest before I even had the chance to respond to their offer - again prioritising another guest who paid more over the one they already have a contract with and who has booked, confirmed and paid already.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. You'll end up with a cancellation you won't get refunded, major expenses to rebook another place, and if you're so unlucky they don't cancel the apartments are filthy and downright disgusting.
This company will ruin your trip.
Agency canceled my booking for no reason a week before arrival when prices for other alternatives had doubled. Offered 0 help in response. Disreputabable company. Think twice before working with them!
Perfect Stay à éviter, séjour 23.02.2020 toujours pas remboursé
Bonjour,
Après un long et difficile parcours de plus d'1 an, Perfect Stay m'a uniquement remboursé un montant correspondant au séjour de mon voyage et m'a invité de voir directement avec Ryanair afin de demander le remboursement de mes vols alors que j'ai fait ma réservation chez Perfect Stay et en aucun cas chez Ryanair.
J'ai quand même suivi la procédure de Perfect Stay et fait une demande chez Ryanair, après avoir attendu 6 semaines j'ai reçu une réponse de Ryanair qui refuse de me rembourser et m'invite à voir avec Perfect Stay.
Il y a t-il d'autres personnes dans le même cas SVP ?
C'est honteux et scandaleux de se faire traiter de telle façon, Perfect Stay devrait me rembourser l'ensemble de mon séjour car c'est chez eux que j'ai réservé, en aucun cas j'ai sélectionné une compagnie pour le vol et ne savais pas que le vol allait être assuré par Ryanair.
