My experience of staying with OPS has been great. The property was amazing everything was well maintained and managed . Staff was very friendly and helpful and always a msg away if I needed anything .

One perfect stay - is management company which serves my property in dubai . People from one perfect stay are very friendly and quick to respond to my any requests, they professional perform their work promptly and competently. Utilities prices for apartment are paid on time . I want thank and highly appreciate the work of Mr. Ahmed Waqas (short term rental expert) and Mr. Muhammad Waseem (design and reconstruction expert ) and Mr. Sajid (head of cleaning department) they are very competent and big professionals who knows their business. They are also Experienced organizer , Responsible and very attentive . I especially note their ability to interact with demanding client like myself . They always find the right solutions to emerging issues and tasks. The well-being of my property is the fruitful result of their hard professional work .

Doggy people, stay away

In fact, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff who make sure to coordinate the dates of receiving the apartments, cleaning and customer service. This is really not easy, as my flight was late. However, everything was ready as I requested, and the apartment was very wonderful, as I imagined it, and more. Even the fatigue of traveling for hours was removed as soon as I entered the house, as if its my own property. They sent the security guard to check on me, and in the morning They greeted me with a welcome message that filled my day with activity and made me eager to visit the country and tour it. As for the cleaning staff, they were meticulous in the smallest details with good skill. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you, One Perfect Stay.

FRAUD!!!!!!! This company stole my funds and left me and my 10 year old child on the street at night. They rented us a run down moldy filthy condo. It was absolutely disgusting. It was unsafe and moldy and a health hazard. It was not even cleaned.
They stopped replying to us and stole our $600.00 and still do not reply weeks later.
The reply to this review is untrue. I stated I can provide numerous videos and photos to substantiate this claim Airbnb has not denied my request in fact you have not received the moneys as they are currently on hold stop lying you are disgusting people in your business is disgusting.

i have been a regular customer of One Perfect Stay, amazing and supportive staff and most of the all very neat and clean experience

I sign Perfect stay from Sept 2022 as agency in charge to book short term rentals in my property in the palm dxb. 1st month, they didn’t manage to list my apartment for rentals because of a lot of excuses. I wont specify but for me this is the 1st alarm that I thought something is wrong. October 2022 they started getting booking but I got minimum income received. December 2022 came, the most busiest time of the year and the apartment became slow and most days its empty.
This made me terminate the contract with Perfect stay and give my 3 mos notice immediately. I told them that I can revoke the termination if they show a good performance for remaining months. however, January came and they didn’t made any single booking so I decided to ask them to just handover the property immediately. no bookings are done till the termination period so why to waste time. they didn’t consider my request and keep my apartment in hostage. i try contacting their office directly as the manager IN charge im dealing is not client oriented and its just useless talking to him. no answer from official email, its like talking to a wall. they didn’t deliver the income as promised from beginning but they have the nerve to follow the condition as per contract.
This is the worst agency so please watchout!!!

Great stay, good service quality, helpful staff

There is a long list of issues from sales team to variety of false claims for the property.

The only good part was the proximity of metro station.

Sales Services and property was managed very very poorly.

I have reported all issues in writing. Despite paying entire amount in advance NO help & support was provided. Will tell all my contacts NEVER to engage with this property.

Landlord should be aware how badly his property is managed the real state agents.

The place so amazing and the view too. The bed comfy and the apartment includes daily needs . The reception staff so kind.
