AMAZING apartment. Perfect location. Walking distance to blue waters and the walk (jbr), supermarket right next door. Small beach across the road. Beautiful views!

There were a few problems when we first arrived but the team were quick with communication and had someone out within 1 hour!

We had a really great stay at this cozy and clean apartment. The kitchen was very well supplied so we were able to cook our own meals. Very nice area and parking was very simple. Would recommend!

Worst property management company in Dubai. They excel in cheating landlords out of revenue by manipulating the booking amounts on their website. Disgusting and ethically poor bunch of people. Definitely a big NO to deal with.

Zero for this company,if you are landlord in Dubai dont give your appartment those people One pefect stay holiday homes,they will rent your appartment and steal your money,you will just see high revenue in the hostify but they will not give you same amount,also you will get restriction in cancelling agreement,they will act as they are the owner, you will not get your right to cancel until after termination of 3 months,DET or DTCM complaint section will not help you even Dubai land will not do anything.You will be in headache all the time. Investor or landloard DONT waste of your time to DEAL WITH ONE PERFECT STAY HOLIDAY HOMES/KEY VIEW VACATIONAL RENTAL.Scam and thief.I dealt with those 2 agencies and both are thief.MOST OF LICENSED HOLIDAY HOMES AGENCIES IN DUBAI ARE FRAUD AND THIEF.ITS BETTER TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY BY YOURSELF TO REDUCE HEADACHE OF UNETHICALLY CHEATER AGENCIES.

David is an excellent host. We had contacted a few operators in Dubai and most of them didn't even bother to call back. David reached out to us right away, very patiently listened to our requirements and gave me the options to review. The whole process was very smooth. Unfortunately, the building we stayed in quiet old and I was informed about this before the check-in the well. The apartment was comfortable, the amenities were good. However, the pool was closed for renovation for 2 days, not much of a trouble as it was during weekdays. Overall it was a good experiance. I would definitely book with them again :)

We rented an apartment in Silicon Oasis for 1 month, the flat was not ready when we came, their cleaners were still cleaning in a rush and made us wait. The place they rented us was infested with roaches, they sent pest control but there still roaches after that. There was a water leak in the toilet and there was no shower curtain. The unit also has camera that no one ever mentioned anywhere that we needed to charge, plus they expect you to have the charger for for it? Just not right! Be careful when you’re dealing with this company.

Highly recommend staying with OPS. Had a seamless experience staying with then. Beautiful and well kept property.

Booked a short weekend getaway with One Perfect Stay for my sister's birthday and the team above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They had a cake arranged for us. We stayed in Burj Views, the apartment had a panoramic view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The apartment size a bit smaller but the location was perfect. There are restaurants and cafes downstairs and a supermarket in the same building. The Dubai Mall is at a walkable distance but a car would be advised. The team is very professional and quick to respond. I'll definitely book again!

I have an apartment in greens and put on short term through OPS. They have renovated the apartment pretty well within our small budget.

Totally different appartment to the one i paid for! This is a workers appartment not a holiday one. Absolutely disgusting.

"Luxury apartment" at Dubai Palm Jumeirah did not have hot water, vacuum not working, toilet flushing not working properly, kitchen tab leaking and most of drainage not working properly. Apartment desperately needs attention. One Perfect Stay was not able to fix ANY of these during 2 months! Never again...

I have to put one star just to leave a comment. If you have an investment you care about, do not trust this company with it. My "Account Manager" claims she has nothing to do with the lack of bookings, no replies, I don't think they know how lead generation works or even how to close deals. HORRIBLE.

As a landlord i was adviced to sign with them to manage my company .. they are actually mis managing my apartment, unprofessional, even there higher management are so bad , thanks God i have a smart apartments and i was following up closely but they were not attentive , they go very low than the market prices , a-lot of missing items they never care about. Un professional, and when u reach for their boss she lack a proper communication skills .. so be away from them . And safe ur self the trouble.

Iam unsatisfied with the way you are managing my apartments to date , u may be successful in making the apartments occupied but unsuccessful in making me having a worth full revenue from it .. the revenue iam getting, iam paying it for the utilities.. and when i was managing it by my self i was doing much better.
The point of putting my apartment under short term rental is actually to increase my revenue and that was not the case with your company due to going lower for the market prices just to keep the apartments occupied and thats not what i want . And all the landlord should know this.
And when i ask you why you told me to have a good reviews.

Good reviews will come without going lower than the market prices and sacrifice my revenue so that your company have a good reviews.

You were unsupportive to my investments and i already send an email to break up the contract and by the way i have 2 of my friends who already sign with you have the same idea about your company , is not just me ..
and they will break there contract with your company as well.
