Andrea was wonderful addressing my issue. My brand new (less than a month old) electric litterbox stopped working. She reached back out to me very quickly and sent me a replacement litterbox. Outstanding service!

This company is AMAZING by all counts! Every time I have had an issue, they have taken care of it without any hesitation. They stand behind their product. Product works great. I purchased the Oneisall Ease S1 Self-Cleaning Litter Box. I had some issues, so I contacted Oneisall support and spoke with Andrea. She was very informative and she cared about us and our problems. I am amazed that there are still honorable companies with good customer service! I thought that was the thing of the past! This is a good and honorable company and Andrea brought great credibility to this company! If you have a cat, this is the company you want to deal with.

I emailed customer service and Olivia was very helpful in getting me a replacement pump for my cat fountain. It had stopped working and they replaced it per their warranty. I appreciate the attention to the issue and the quick response.

I purchased 2 air purifiers and so far I am very happy with them. And I am getting ready to purchase 2 more. My sister in law saw mine while she was here on vacation from Montana. She ordered 4 of them to be sent to her house. Andrea provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The litter box unfortunately was not the right fit for my cat and home environment because the odor was stronger than expected for me personally. However, I was genuinely impressed by the customer service from Oneisall.

Olivia was spectacular with understanding my issue and resolving it in a timely manner. My automatic cat feeder had started to malfunction after nearly 2 years of use, but their warranty policy allowed them to ship me a new one for my kitties to enjoy. The product worked beautifully and dutifully, it dispensed kibble 6 times a a day for almost two years before the rubber mechanism inside started to get soft. Which could be due to the kibble I use over time, it does have a slight oily texture to it. Highly recommend the product!

Olivia was terrific. I was missing a small component from my delivery. She kept me informed with updates and made sure the situation was rectified. The Oneisall cordless dog clipper is the best one we have ever owned.

I contacted customer service because I could not fine directions to replace the blade I had removed for cleaning on my razor.
Andrea, the customer service representative answered my query quickly and after a few questions determined the I should not have removed the blade. She kindly replaced the razor even though it was my error.
