Simply put it doesn't work...worst customer care ever. They won't solve issues and are not helpful
The card is accepted in a very limited range of places. Not only that when I went to use it in listed places it was rejected. The help desk merely parroted that it was a technical issue, but gave no solution or response. I wouldn't touch this as a gift card.
Update, after I posted this they offered to fix the problem with the card, they wanted a fee for fixing it. Unbelievable

Hi Uksik, When using online. please make sure you use your One4all gift card as a prepaid Visa Debit card and not a gift card as the ‘Gift Voucher’ or ‘Gift Card’ option is for the retailer’s own gift card.
Use the Valid Thru date on the front of the card in the Expiry Date box.
Find the CVV2 number behind the silver panel on the back of the card.
Use your own name and address for Billing Details.
Complete checkout.
When spending online the balance of the gift card must cover the full transaction cost as most retailers do not have an option online to add another card .

I received a €500 gift card on 24 Nov…
I received a €500 gift card on 24 Nov which I was unable to validate and was promised a replacement card within 5 to 7 days.Eventually received a replacement card on 31 Dec.But in the meantime my ID verification had expired on 17 Dec so was told I had to complete verification again.I am unable to do this on my phone but one4all do not provide any alternative. So because of their error in the first place of providing a card that did not work I now have a card which I cannot validate and one4all have my €500

Unpaid Funds redemption
I asked for one4all to pay the card back to my bank account minus their redemption fee of 8euro.
They advised they sent this and then stopped replying, i provided correct bank details, statement, ID Etc.
Awful experience with customer service in Philippines its hard to get through to someone who can take the inatitve to fix the issue.
Will raise a complaint with the FCA and financialombudsman
