It took approx an hour for me to be able to complete the e-card transation. Even then and still now 10 hours later, the recipient still has not received it into their e-mail. I received an email saying the transaction is "under review", with no further explanation, even though my card was charged. I sent a query but got a response that it wasn't delivered due to oneforall inbox being full. It was a small transaction for a 10 year old's birthday, never again! Should have trusted my instinct and bought a giftcard for Smyth's Toys. Definitely not a good experience

It is down to the retailers themselves if they want to accept our gift cards, it is a shame though I agree.
Tesco do accept them in Ireland, I know from personal experience.
However, we are always looking to add new retailers and our list updates regularly, so keep an eye on that. Maybe Dunnes will be added one day

Usually orders go out every day, apart from weekends, so if you are ordering on a Friday, then it would be Monday before the orders are sent. However if you are ordering earlier in the week, there shouldn't be too much of a delay from our side. Really easy to set up and the customer service staff are fantastic. I was gifted a gift card and I wanted to use it online. I rang the customer service and the agent advised me I could purchase a prepaid visa debit card that I could use anywhere online and add it to my Apple wallet. He was super helpful!

To spend your gift card online, please follow the below steps.
• In payment options at the checkout, select 'Visa' or 'Visa Debit Card'.
• Use the 16-digit card number located on the front or back of the card.
• If located on the front of the card, your Valid Thru will appear here. If located on the back of the card, your Valid Thru will appear behind the silver panel on the back of the card.
• Find the CVV2 number and behind the silver panel on the back of the card.
• Use your name and address for Billing Details/name on the card.
• Complete checkout
Please note due to the 5th AML (Anti Money Laundering) Directive there is a maximum online spend limit of 50.00 EUR for all standard cards issued for 150 EUR or under.
Please ensure the retailer is listed as participating here: https://www.one4all.ie/retailer.html
All online participating retailers are indicated with a red icon on the retailers' image.

Total nightmare trying to get a digital gift card. Turns out can't be done unless you know someone's email address and phone number - not always the case with teachers. It was too late to order a physical card, and the digital seemed like a good option, it wasn't. Never again.

Second encounter with One4All vouchers…still AWFUL
Second encounter with One4All vouchers received as gifts from family and friends. The first time required sending photo ID etc...and it was so messy that we gave up and lost the full amount - a very large amount.
The security/app/web systems are deplorable. Way too much clutter. You end up with an emailed card. Then you have to download an app. Then the voucher won't transfer easily to the app (glitches etc etc). Eventually with the help of customer service, it transfers but you can only spend in a physical store by downloading a 'wallet' app and radically changing how you bank/shop.... All of this should be flagged at point of sale. It should be made clear to the purchaser of a gift card that the recipient will need to spend an hour trying to activate it, submit a huge amount of personal data and ultimately change how they bank. In the end customer service agreed to post a physical card, preactivated, but with an 18 month window to spend it...(which I thought was outlawed now???? Will check with the CCPC) Customer service did resolve the IT/activation issue ultimately, but somewhat grudgingly, I felt. Find an easier way to give someone a gift....
