One4all Gift Cards Ireland Omdömen 

Wat een rot bedrijf.. het is koste me 1,5 uur in de winkel om een cadeaukaart om te wisselen. In eerste instantie een cadeaukaart moeten omzetten naar een fashion 4all cadeau kaart. Vervolgens krijg je een nieuwe code en die moet je dan weer inwisselen. Je kan niet gewoon naar de winkel gaan en de kaart inleveren. In de winkels moeten ze allemaal capriolen uithalen om de kaart te activeren en na activeren ben je er dus nog niet…. Ik heb het nu omgezet en nu krijg ik de kaart niet meer geactiveerd.. Ik kreeg meerdere autorisatie foutmelding en daarna er is helaas wat misgegaan. Ik moest de app downloaden, maar het zojuist aangemaakte wachtwoord (wat opgeslagen stond in mijn wachtwoorden) werkte niet. Daarna weer een nieuw wachtwoord aanmaken, met weer foutmeldingen omdat ik moest wachten omdat ik al te veel pogingen had gedaan. Terwijl dat absoluut niet het geval was. Na 5 activaties en kaart omzettingen, 2 wachtwoord aanpassingen, 1 keer een app downloaden, 8 e-mails met verschillende pincodes, 3 keer sms controles lukte het dan eindelijk om de cadeaukaart te verzilveren.

In de winkel zeiden alle medewerkers ook dat ze tegen iedereen zeggen om nooit cadeaukaarten bij dit bedrijf te kopen. Ze grappen er altijd over dat als je echt een hekel aan iemand hebt je dan dit als cadeau kaart geeft.

Dit bedrijf verdient gewoon aan mensen die de kaarten niet kunnen activeren en in de kast laten liggen.. hopelijk trekken bedrijven die hier mee samenwerken zich terug en gaat het bedrijf snel failliet!!!!

Overigens neemt er bij de klantenservice ook niemand op. Je luistert gewoon rustig 45 minuten naar een muziekje zonder enig gehoor waarnaar de verbinding wordt verbroken.

I liked that I didn't have to queue in a post office to buy 48 vouchers. However I am gifting these vouchers and I was very disappointed that every voucher was in a sealed envelope with my full name and home address on. It now means I have to buy appropriate envelopes and remove my personal information. It backfired in me as with regards to time.

Absolutely dreadful. We recently found a one for all voucher we got for our wedding 2 years ago. €15 euro has now been deducted due to inactivity. I am Absolutely furious and disgusted. I will never purchase a one for all voucher ever again and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid them. The monthly charge is ridiculous.

Couldn't get my cardboard card to work. Trying to buy a e100 PS5 voucher.
Rang customer service, girl said transactions are only available in e50 increments at a time.
Why have a e100 card option at all so?
Also very slow to send codes...
With the initial extra 'processing' or admin fee or whatever it's called, I don't think I'd use this service again.

Avoid at all costs. I requested that my €1000 be transferred into my bank account. Their charge is €16. That was over three months ago and despite over 20 phone calls, I have still not received my money. Every time I call, I get a different story regarding when the transfer was made. It was never made. I am going to have to go down the legal route to get my money back. An absolute total scam. Do not risk using them

Hi, I added my one for all voucher card to my wallet on my phone. Tried to buy numerous things online and the card wouldn't work.

You are literally get a gift card and then need to have a work around to buy something online and get less than what you have on the card because you have to do something goofy, buy something else

Would give zero stars if I could. This is a SCAM.
You get gifted a card. Try to “Scratch” the cover off the CVV Number on the back so you can spend online and without fail it will disintegrate leaving the CVV unreadable. Guess what.. Now you can’t use the card online. So you phone up the worst Customer Service call center in the world to be told “We can replace the card for a €5 fee”.
Absolute scam. The cards are deliberately designed this way so they can screw money out of people in fees.
This has happened with every card I’ve received without fail no matter how gently you try to scratch the panel as instructed on the card.
Scam and awful customer service.
If you don’t know what to get someone as a gift just give them the cash.
Trust me EVERYONE prefers cash to all the difficulties using scam gift cards like these.

Still waiting on product, an Xbox voucher never received over a week still waiting.

Recieved a digital card and tried to purchase a physical one on there website with it however it took my money and said there was an error. This was on the 1st of February, Have rang them 6 times since, been hung up on and been promised a physical card would be sent out which it hasn't and were now 6 weeks on.Have now logged the case with the financial ombudsman man and am waiting for a final response letter to bring to them however they are now ignoring my request for that.please send me my final response letter

Getting access to your site and making transactions is very difficult. There is a long lag between seeking access and receiving the confirmation email with the numerical code.
Secondly, why can we not have a telephone number outside Ireland, the UK or Netherlands, if we can have an address in Timbuktu?
More positively, the person I spoke to when I rang your call centre was very helpful.

There was some confusion about wether you can cash in the balance on card also about the Visa option,but was able to clarify the issues
Some of the phone staff were useless but others were brilliant...

Worst card to give anyone unless you hate them and want to cause them a huge headache. Customer service is incompetent and the company seems to be ran by crooks. Please avoid.

Hi you reached out but I can't find reference number to log in and reply. If you look at your own records you will see that I have been waiting in a replacement card since February 12th. Was told I would receive within 5 to 7 working days. When it did not arrive I called and was told it was only posted on February 18th but was assured I would receive by February 27th at latest. Had to ring yet again yesterday as still no sign of my card. And still today on March 3rd there is no sign. Really disgraceful service.

App requesting password, only updated a couple of days ago, stated sent an email but no email recieved ? Will try again tomorrow, with another star removed if not working.

Poor experience. Have spent 20 minutes trying to order a digital card. The following went wrong:
1. it said that the city was incorrect which I had in as 'Dublin 18'???
2. it wouldn't let me go back and edit the address despite numerous attempts.
3. When I did cancel the order, start again and amend city to just Dublin, it then said I didn't have enough money in my Apple Pay account, even though my wages have just been paid and there is ample funds.
4. I then processed the payment with my bank card and verified the purchase on my banking app. When I went back into the app, it said - 'Something went wrong with your request. Please try again later'
5. When I logged into my email it said - 'Order Confirmed' but it gives me 'Delivery and Tracking' details even though I clearly purchased a 'Digital Gift Card'.

Really surprised at this experience
