Incredibly disrespectful business
Incredibly disrespectful business. They don't read emails; they just copy templates. Very frustrating, disrespectful, and distressing behaviour. A shame that such a company is Irish, definitely destroying the reputation of business in lovely Ireland. The business model is awful too. It's not clear how they really add value and make money.
One4All: You don't reply to emails, but if you do reply here, clarify how you make money (I hope not by applying different techniques to block people's access to their own money, and never answering the phone or replying to emails).

Most shops do not take these vouchers
Most shops do not take these vouchers. Can’t use at Tesco self service till, can’t use in Lidl, can’t use online. Ended up exchanging for Amazon vouchers (lost 10% of the value of the vouchers by doing so). Not impressed.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience has been unbelievably frustrating. I received a One4All gift card and tried to activate it on 22 December, but it would not work despite following all instructions.
I then spent over a week trying to resolve the issue, making at least 8–10 phone calls to customer service. Eventually, after speaking with a manager, I was sent a replacement card.
Unfortunately, the very first purchase I attempted with the new card was declined. When I contacted customer service again, I was told the retailer did not accept One4All. I then sent them a screenshot from their own website clearly showing that the retailer does accept One4All.
At every stage, I have been passed from one person to another with no real resolution. At this point, I am ready to give up. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing experience I have ever had with a company.

AVOID - Card Management Fee quickly diminishes balance
I was gifted two One4All cards. After a while, One4All helped themselves to €1.45 "Card Management Fee" EVERY MONTH. The balance of both cards is now close to zero.
I will never, ever use One4All again. There are lots of Gift Card options out there.

Hi Rory, upon review of your order, we can confirm that the cards were successfully produced and are under your account awaiting to be sent. To send a digital gift card, please log into your account on www.one4all.ie and select My Gift cards in the top right corner if on PC, if on a mobile device you will be able to find this option by selecting the three lines in the top left corner.
Here, you will have the option to Spend and Send a Digital gift card. Select Send. You will now be able to customise the gift card and send it to the intended recipient.
Received faulty digital card
Received faulty digital card. Could not use same instores. Took One 4 all 5 months to resolve the issue and numerous emails, phone calls to resolve it. Very poor customer service. Will never purchase these again due to same.

Awful. Hate getting these cards. Never straight forward. Got one for €150. After trying for about half an hour I realised that you can only spend €50 at a time online.

Hi Amy, Our apologies for the issue. The 5th AML directive has now been imposed on One4All Gift Cards as well as all E-Money regulated products. As we are obligated to comply with EU regulations and as a result of this legislation the maximum online spend with a One4All Gift Card is €50.00.

Hi Jay, we are very sorry to learn of this. We can confirm that the code was successfully produced and we have now resent this to you via the email used to place the order.
No customer support AT ALL
The card doesn’t work. I’ve tried calling customer support. 6 times. They either hang up or send me to the end survey without putting anyone on. I’ve tried the online form. 3 times. I get a log error every time. That’s 150€ lost, and they clearly make sure you can’t spend them. Such a scam.
