My experience with this company has had its ups and downs with my refund being delayed.
However, a customer service representative called Charlie was nothing but helpful once they found out about the issue it was resolved within 3-5 days!
Along with a complimentary pair of scrubs as an apology.
The scrubs themselves were a lovely material.

Absolutely awful experience with this…
Absolutely awful experience with this company and will never use them again. I have spent £100 on 2 sets of scrubs and they have not arrived. On call have not responded to my email to confirm where my delivery has gone and have not refunded me the money owed. Do not buy from this company!

Runs very small – and a paid return that's gone nowhere
A heads-up on sizing first: these run extremely small. I normally wear XS (EU 34), so I sized up and ordered S to be safe – yet the S was so tight I couldn't get into it at all. The fabric quality and colours are genuinely good, but the fit is way off, so I'd strongly recommend sizing up.
The bigger problem has been the exchange. I needed a simple S → M swap (same style and colour) and paid the £24.95 managed-return fee. I was told the FedEx pickup would be arranged "as soon as possible" – yet weeks later there's still no pickup, no tracking, and no updates unless I chase it myself.
Good materials let down by inaccurate sizing and a return process that stalls completely once you've paid. I'd think twice before relying on their exchange service.

Excellent quality scrubs and a great overall experience. The material is soft, comfortable and feels premium. The fit is great and they are perfect for long shifts. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and everything arrived exactly as expected. I would definitely purchase from OnCall London again.

Very disappointing!
Very disappointing experience with OnCall London.
We never received our package and, despite several attempts to contact the company, we have never received a proper response. We have been waiting for a refund since January 2026, and it is now June 2026. After all these months, the issue remains unresolved.
The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. We expected either delivery of the package or a prompt refund, but neither has happened.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. Be very cautious before placing an order.

Uncomfortable and not worth the price
I've tried hard to like my new OC scrubs but they're just so uncomfortable.
Quick arrival and easy to order but the fit makes them irritating.
The waistband for a start is massive and the elastic within the waistband seems too big so it constantly curls over which means I spend all day fidgeting with them trying to line it back up but it just continues to curl over and we repeat that process throughout a long day.
The cuffs of the joggers and the lower leg feel twisted all the time. Sizing is fine and I ordered based on their size chart.
Whole the material is composed of the same as FIGS hiwever they feel a lot different, more ?brittle?
I wish I had returned them but I've tried hard to give them a chance but I feel for the price quality isn't there and they aren't worth it.
I'll be paying that bit (not much more actually) extra and stocking with FIGS next time.

Fraudulent - Beware!
Fraudulent service. Shame - as they are great products, with non-existent customer service. Ensure you purchase via credit card so you can file a charge back if needed, as the service is nothing short of fraudulent & in breach of consumer rights if you need returns/replacements.
Their lack of responses and refusal to supply tracking number for a replacement we’ve waited weeks for, has now impacted our new clinic’s launch date. No care or accountability - and other reviews have had the same experience.
Being reported for fraud, as not providing the service required to meet legislation and basic business support.

I love these scrubs
I love these scrubs- this is my 4th set! They fit my shape perfectly- a curvy size 12. I wear a size L top and bottom and they're a great fit.

Love the quality
Love the quality, better than I expected. The trousers fit perfectly but the scrub top was a bit tight however I spoke to Olivia through the customer service and she was quick at helping me with the exchange to a larger size. I got the new top quickly and it fits really well.
