I really wanted to give this company more but my experience with them unfortunately has not been good.
I ordered scrubs for all the GPs working in our surgery which came to a sizeable order. The order was made in December and despatched as per their website delivery times.
They used Evri and I kept getting emails telling me they couldn’t find the address. I followed their instructions to advise them of our location (a medical centre) but I got an auto response from a bot. I then contacted the sender and asked them to contact them. I checked we had given the correct delivery details but the label which was generated had the first line of the address as my name instead of the street number.
On call London finally responded after a few days at which point the parcel had been sent back to them. They were unhelpful and said they would send it back out once they received it.
After a lot of reminders and asking for updates we finally received our order in April.
It’s a shame because I wanted to support a small business but it’s just been a horrific experience.

Excellent company. Order arrived promptly and speaking to customer services team was quick and easy with a reply back within 24 hours. Scrubs are high quality and fit nicely. Well spent purchase. Will use again in future!

Customer service is appalling!
I ordered a pair of scrubs to find it was small although I have never had this problem with any order pair of scrubs.
I email customer service to find the exchange/refund link doesn’t work. They reply only once a day late evening and seems like it is computer generated.
I finally sort it by speaking to the CEO: Dr Popat and now I have not got my replace item. They are now refusing a refund!
Avoid them!

I purchased a scrub online, but it didn’t fit, so I decided to return it. Unfortunately, the website kept crashing, preventing me from printing the return label, and there’s no option to reprint it from my account. To make matters worse, their customer service is extremely disappointing—they don’t respond to emails or queries. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

I washed it according to specified instructions but it's colours are not fast and destroyed my other clothes. Disappointed that the product such as scrubs would have this problem

Size way too small and no response from customer services at all

I had a slight hiccup with my order due to a website error - it showed the item being in stock when it actually wasn’t. I contacted the customer service team and they advised me on this, I decided to wait to see if the item would come back in stock but after around 2 weeks I hadn’t heard anything and it showed as out of stock on the website. I reached out again and asked if I could change my order to be trousers instead of joggers which they were happy to do, and promptly shipped them out and delivered within two days of the email!

I completely understand website errors happen so I do not hold this against them at all - especially as their customer service was absolutely amazing.

I have now received my scrub trousers and they are such amazing quality and so comfy, I am so happy with my purchase and overall experience with oncall London so I will definitely return if I need anymore trousers!! :)

I've been looking for a good quality and affordable pair of scrubs to wear when I work in the emergency department. These scrubs were so comfortable. It has zips to safely store my valuables. Fully recomend On-call London and am going to buy another one day!

It's been more than 3 weeks since i made the payment, but I am yet to receive my order. I have requested a refund, no one cares to at least respond!

I've contacted twice but no response. I haven't got my scrubs at all. Wondering now if I've been scammed or not. Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago

Update 1:
They have refunded 50% of my money and still delivering. Also, given me a 50% voucher on top for next orders. I've changed my rating accordingly. Will update again once I get the scrubs

I have received 50% of my money and a 50% discount coupon.

I have also received my order on 20/09. Nearly 4 weeks after I put my order in.
The scrubs are nice. Soft and well fitted. I've given them 4 stars because the product is great and their customer service is good. Would've given 5 stars if they gave regular updates on my delayed order.

What can I say about these scrubs!! First off, best bang for your buck. I love them way more than my FIGS! Also, I get tons of compliments. Bleep holder and dedicated pen sleeve are a must. Normally, my pockets are weighted down with the but, but love how there is an area for them! And the color choices!!!! Love ittt! Will be ordering more and also highly recommend ONCALL to whoever is reading this review! Keep up the great work guys!

Good muscle fit scrubs to help you put those locked and loaded guns you on display.
You can't go walking around the hospital in these without being stopped a few hundred times by women asking you where you got them from . Some will even ask for your bleep number if you know what I mean.
These scrubs will turn you into a hospital celebrity.
If they grab your scrubs to check the material and feel of it just tell em hands off the boyfriend merchandise !
I suggest you put on your Aventus Creed and wear a pair of Oncalls and walk around the hospital like an absolute G.
Bottom line - these scrubs will help get you more bleep numbers than there are in the entire hospital switch board directory !

I ordered these scrubs all the way from CALIFORNIA and they are the BEST scrubs I have ever worn. 10000% better than Figs in every way. As a nurse I wear scrubs daily and it’s so important to me that my scrubs have certain features like zipped pockets. pen sleeves and that they are both comfortable AND stylish and these scrubs have it all plus more. They are by far my favorite pair of scrubs I own and I recommend to all my friends here in America. I’ve gotten many compliments by people I work with about how beautiful and comfortable my scrubs look. What amazes me even more is that the founder is an NHS doctor so he knows exactly how to design these scrubs to make it work best for healthcare workers. I wouldn’t think twice about purchasing these scrubs, you won’t regret it one bit!
