Beautiful pictures but Products are low quality and everything is misleading from products to return. Website advertising Free delivery, 30 days free return . In reality customers must to pay for return and customers must pay for customs fee. Basically one or other way they wouldn’t return your money. They are not trust worthy. Very Bad Bad bad bad bad company . They don’t worth 0.1 penny scammers 👎👎👎👎

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Bought a £40 raincoat that claimed to waterproof and breathable. Fabric is cheap. Definitely not value of £40. Asked for a full refund. Not bothering as I have to pay for shipping costs and international fees. What a scam!!

I would give less than 1 star if possible.
Bought a jacket from this company. Really wish I'd checked them out before buying.
The jacket colour was not true to yhe picture and it was too small. I messaged them to send a returns form to find out they don't cover returns costs, as it came from China it was going to costs £22 to return and also advised that I'd be billed for the customs fees! Avoid at all costs. Never again

Be very careful ordering from this…
Be very careful ordering from this company. They are not based in London or Lisbon. It is a Chinese outfit. You can't return goods even if its their mistake. You have to shoulder the cost of return to China and export duties on top. Very poor customer service. Just don't bother it's tat.

Absolute scam, please do not waste your money. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered shoes for my elderly mother as she has trouble getting footwear as she is a small size. The shoes that arrived are rubbish, cheap and do not match website photos. Did not fit. Paid over £40 for crap.You get hoodwinked into ordering and so easy to miss the fact that returns are to China. They know full well they doing and know people won’t waste another £30 just to return. I will be contacting trading standards. Evil people!

We use our own product photos and list full sizing/fit details on the product page. If what you received looks different or is faulty, that’s classed as “not as described” under our policy—we’ll sort a refund and cover the return in that case. For standard change-of-mind/size issues, our Returns Policy (linked on our site and shown before checkout) explains that returns go to our overseas warehouse and postage is paid by the customer. We make this clear so shoppers can decide before ordering.

Such poor quality
Such poor quality. The pattern looks like something that even Shein would decline. The sizing was wrong, there was no actual style or fit to the jacket. I am awaiting a refund but I’m doubting the legitamcy of the company. The delivery took 16 days which is not on and was not EVRIs fault either.

Amazing Product Quality
I ordered a pair of leather shoes for not that much, and I was scared the quality would be bad for its price, but wow, I was surprised by how amazing the quality was, and I would recommend buying more from them.
