Tried to send back a product that was incorrectly sized.. Followed all their procedures and paid for tracking back to China. They are now not answering telephone calls or emails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS

I did have to get in touch with the company as the product did not arrived. However I did get the item. To my disappointment it was half the size I thought it was going to be. Perhaps my own doing by not looking at the measurements. The video on the product mind did look bigger than it really was. After a short time the item stopped working. I got in touch. Once I sent photo’s and a video of the issue. I was sent another product. The advisor was very helpful and friendly.

Avoid at all costs!! My shoes were advertised as leather but turned out to be plastic and poor quality so I returned them to China where they are stuck in customs. The email has been turned off so no way of getting the money back. Criminal business.

BUYER BEWARE
In June 2025 I purchased a ceiling light for £127. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. When it did the quality was extremely poor. The online photos made it look much better quality. I contacted the company by email the same day & requested to return the goods for a refund. I was told they must be returned to China. After some toing and froingby email I got a return label. It cost £31.05 to send to China. I tracked the parcel for months - stated in customs. Today
, 27 November 2025, the light was returned by Chinese customs who refused to accept it. It was returned by surface mail. I emailed the company. The email address I had and the one available online doesn't exist. I have applied to my credit card company for a refund under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Do not use this company at all costs. They falsely advertise products. When the product that arrives is clearly not the one advertised they claim it is and ask you as a customer to return the item to China at your own cost. For me this would have cost me the same as the jumper they sold me. Really poor. Saddening that a company feels they can fleece people especially during these times when life is expensive enough.
Their customer service is prompt but you get edged into a corner and it does not adhere to any consumer laws, or the 2015 act.
They are charlatans.

It's hard to give constructive feedback about a trader who sells very poor fakes of the Levi shirts he's advertising.
Advertised as Cotton blend...but no, it's 100 % polyester. The shirts are very poor standard and not worth £9 let alone the £90 we paid for them.
Massive problems and loads of emails trying to get money back. It's the feeling of being taken for a plonker as much as the money... and I dislike shysters with a vengeance.
He agreed to a refund including shipping... hooray... except, he's telling tall stories again. Says that it's left the bank and to wait a bit longer... well that was 10 days ago. He's a rogue trader... save yourself the grief and time waste trying to get your money back. Oh well, Trading standards office next... Oh how I wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before I bought.

If I could give no stars I would, if I’d read the reviews before purchasing I wouldn’t have used this company. Be warned, seriously sub standard, cheap and nasty!!
Bought suede boots, ha ha ha, never been near suede, nasty cheap fluffy material, stink of plastic. Do yourselves a favour and avoid at all costs. Complain and get a standard response claiming sold as advertised, not a chance.

I purchased a pair of shoes for around £70 the size came up short and when I asked to return they wanted me to pay postage to china. I am going to cut my losses and not waste any more of my money

Absolutley awful. I paid £45 for a pair of joggers that I would even feel embarrased to take to a charity shop because the quality is so bad. Clothes made and shipped from China. Never again!

Everyone on here do the VISA recharge. Thats what I am doing, no clue this company was in China. Preyend to be in London and Portugal. Will cost me around £50 to return to China. They told me there is some of tax added to the postage when it gets returned so no point!!!

Although the customer service on line is prompt and helpful the quality of the clothes was appalling. Very cheap material, poorly finished off and a terrible fit. They are willing to give you a refund if you pay for postage and the customs which adds up to quiet a lot of money. Had I known they were from China I would not have brought them as I know it is impossible to send the back.

I purchased shoes from this Company and wanted to return.Their website states that items may be returned and a refund issued.
Their website refers to Lisbon and London what it does not refer to is China.
If you wish to return goods you will have to bear the cost of shipping to China and any taxes.This does not make return to be worthwhile.They also state goods can be returned to their shop but I have been unable to obtain an address.

Drop shipping from China with very very low quality items. I ordered a shirt for around £50, what came was a cheap knock off which took 2 weeks to arrive. The item I got had such bad switching that one of the buttons can't unbutton. The material is like something you would get for £1 down the pound shop.

I am in contact with them to return the item but they have so far not given me a route to return for free as is my right and are so far they are not making it easy. All emails sent back in Asian time and saying they will look at it without doing anything.

Shocking experience. Poor quality finish, no labels attached to clothing at all such as size and care instructions, absolutely not cashmere as sold, incorrect sizing. Item took a couple of weeks to arrive from China. Then informed it was my fault as I ordered the wrong size and to date no return options provided despite website stating 30-day return. Avoid big time, it’s a scam.

This website is a scam, items arrive but they are extremely poor quality and not even correct sizing. OlliBoo refusing to provide return details, I've had to raise a dispute will my credit card provider but its not straightforward. DO NOT USE

Do not buy from this company. They took 5 weeks to deliver my top, I chased 5 times, when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture and arrived in a package with no care. I will never buy from them again.

This is a scam website operation that sends products from China. Quality is very poor and customer service is zero. If you are reading this, think very carefully before making a purchase.

I would have preferred to have not given any stars. I ordered a genuine leather tote bag (their wording) and received a smelly cheap PVC bag. I have emailed company twice but not heard back. I assume I won’t see my £45 refund and agree with other reviewers that this company is a complete scam!!
