Friendly people who fix issues
I called the company because my Dog Tipsy was still hungry and had lost a little weight with her starting feeding plan. Called and Brianna listened to my concern, let me know what my options were and then upped the calories and feeding plan for my dog Tipsy. It took less than 10 min. A really surprisingly pleasant easy call and fix. Nice people, and clear communication.

They will somehow automatically enroll you in automatically shipments of 175$ !
I never agreed to an autoship. I selected the option for one package of "4 to try", next thing I know, I have an email alert that 14 packages are shipping for $175.

We also send a reminder email before the next order is processed so there’s an opportunity to make changes, delay, or cancel if needed.

We love Ollie but use more Dry Ice!!
We love the fresh food and our dog Ellie Mae really loves the fresh food. Licks the bowl clean. And we love how easy the ordering and delivery options are thru the app and online. However, Ollie needs to use more Dry Ice to ensure that their product is frozen upon delivery! We have had some issues with this in past deliveries. One or two bags of dry ice is not enough especially when there is nothing in the bags when we receive the order. And UPS does not care if they deliver on time, told me it is not their responsibility that it is Ollie's to ensure that their product is frozen when delivered even if it is delivered late. Just use more Dry ice Ollie!!

We completely understand your concern, keeping the food properly frozen during transit is incredibly important, and we never want you to feel uncertain about the quality of what you’re receiving.
You’re absolutely right that ensuring the product arrives in the proper condition is our responsibility, regardless of any carrier delays. Your feedback about increasing the amount of dry ice is appreciated, and we will be sharing this directly with our fulfillment team as we continue to improve our packaging and shipping process.

A perfect fit!
A wonderful grade a product that has been a saving factor in our dog Holly. She has many allergies and Ollie has worked with us to find a formula just for her. So kind and great customer service. I was charged unexpectedly
I was charged unexpectedly. I thought I have cancelled it and was not receiving any for couple of months. Then suddenly I was charged. Sadly it was late for me to get refund. You could have verified first because the money you deducted on my account was supposed to go to a very important bill.

Wow, what a difference! My dog chose Ollie's!
I had my service dog Daisy on another fresh pet food service, that shall not be named, and I just wasn't that happy with it or her enthusiasm for eating it. I was reading some reviews comparing the 2 foods and results peaked my interest. I have been impressed with customer service from the beginning of my experience and continue to be impressed. They followed up with an email on something I mentioned in passing during a text conversation with a rep. She emailed me later with suggestions which I really appreciated. My dog definitely picked Ollie over the other food that shall not be named. Each day, her enthusiasm grows at meal time which makes me happy! It also all agrees with her belly so far, gentle enough to have great solid bms (sorry, tmi lol). The packaging is also much better as well as thr food quality, especially when conpared side by side! She likes the dental treats (although they break off a bit hunky, which worries me as a vet tech), she loves the jerky, and I haven't tried the calming supplement yet bc the weather hasn't warmed enough to shave her down (my reason for wanting to try them). Overall, very happy with my choice to switch and will continue to trust Ollie with my precious Service Dog's nutrition. I very much appreciate the great customer service and ease of ordering!! Thank you!
