Exactly the same experience as others. £150 dresses arrived two weeks than expected on 9th September 2024 I paid £25 for recorded delivery to the address stated. It was returned Royal Mail from them today December 28th, nearly 4 months later. No reason why just rejected and not accepting to sign for it there end.

Horrendous customer service. I ordered 2 dresses in my size (according to the size chart they provided). The dresses eventually arrived, unfortunately too small so I arranged a return following the instructions on their website. After my first email sent to them, it took another 3 emails and weeks later i got a reply from them. After multiple emails going back and forth for a few weeks, I was refused my full refund and offered other things such as a discount code and 60% of my refund ect, ridiculous offers. All I wanted was to return my dresses and get a full refund. I eventually returned it to the return address in Asia, had to pay postage myself of £25, tracking postage. Tracked my parcel for weeks which was sat somewhere in Asia for months, only for it to be returned to my front door 3 months later. 100% do not buy from this website, horrendous customer service, not good quality pieces for the prices.

Absolutely shocking quality!! Took weeks to come !! Ordered a large it’s about a size 8 really bad not ever going bother to return after reading all these reviews!! Avoid at all cost

Do not buy. This is a scam company . Took over 4 weeks for dress to arrive , was then damaged , wanted £50 for me to return it . The asked for a video of damage and then when sent said they couldn’t process refund because there was an issue with their website ?! Total lies and stealing from people . Disgrace companies get away with this .

Do not order! I repeat do not order! The quality is shocking! I swear ive received an underlay of a dress not an actual dress!
If you ask for refund you will be asked to record a video then return is international! You better order of temu or shain or just keep you money!
This crap ive received is in the bin! If I could i would give below 1 star!

If I could give a zero, I would. I waited 7 weeks for a dress, as each week went by and I could see it hadn’t yet been shipped, I pleaded for the order to be cancelled and to receive a refund but the customer service team made false promises and eventually just stopped replying. I’ve sent 17 emails to try and get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing from this website. Ordered a dress 3 weeks ago and still not arrived. Tracking has said ready to ship for around 2 weeks. Contacted the company who said they’re having issues with the tracking website and will get back to me with an update.. nearly a week later and still no update from them. Dreading receiving the dress after reading about the poor quality! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Do not buy from this website, it is typical Chinese brand which is crap and does not look anything like on the website, on this of you can’t return.

DO NOT PURCHASE CROM THIS COMPANY! I would leave less than zero stars if I could! The product received was like a dress for a doll and not a human! Terrible quality and NOT like was advertised! Advised to return dress at my expense and still NO REFUND!! What a joke of a retailer.

Was very unsure to order from this website after realising it was coming from china instead of uk, I received my order on time it’s great quality and looks exactly as it did on the model over all I’m very pleased with this order and will buy again with plenty time to receive for my next outing.

Ordered 3 dresses on 20th November. I emailed twice asking where they were, the delivery did not state it would take weeks to arrive. The reply was AI advising it was due to black Friday demand... ordered a week before black Friday. Finally had a delivery of one out of my 3 dresses today. No idea where the rest are. Quality is awful, absolute scam. I've emailed and no doubt I'll get a reply from an AI bot telling me how sorry they are. Do not use!

Appalling service. Ordered a dress in August and did not arrive until December. Customer service was terrible and they felt it was acceptable to charge me extortionate return costs after waiting months for a dress to arrive.

Biggest scam ever. I can’t get my money back after not receiving the first parcel I ordered back in October, they refused to refund me, insisted on sending another and now that hasn’t arrived either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, all you will do is lose money.

The biggest scam on the internet! I ordered a dress for a black tie event and I am extremely disappointed. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and the dress is not even hemmed! It is the cheapest piece of fabric, see-through and the worst quality. I contacted customer services and returns are between £25 and £30. Baring in mind this is what I paid for the item. Customer service sent me an automated email that is clearly a template as I received the exact same email twice! This is embarrassing. Please, please do not buy from this website. The reviews on the page are clearly fake. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

So don't order from this site...I thought it was UK based and refunds were accepted within 30 days ...my order took two weeks so arrived whilst I was at said wedding ...I ordered several for choice. trying to return was a night mare as they just wanted to give me a partial refund and keep the dresses ...I'm still awaiting my refund because the package which is being tracked by both myself and Olivia may China is still in customs !! This has been going on since October !!!

One star is too much. The order took weeks to arrive, wgen it finally did it was extremely poor quslity rubbish. Looked at returns process, it will cost more to return the dress to Asia than the dress cost. Absolute rip off..please don't waste your money on this scam.

Can’t believe I got sucked into this scam I have been waiting a month for my order although they said it would be 3-5 days . My daughter ordered from the same site I can only describe the two track suits she ordered as total garbage , the fabric was an arts and crafts felt and same story pay the postage to China or keep and get 10% back . After 3 months of haggling they eventually offered 60% back but are still yet to pay ! Fortunately I purchased through Amex who have reversed the charge . My daughter is now going to report them to trading standards .

I received my order after over a month.
I'm not sure how they are even allowed to use the images on the website as the products are not even close to the shite quality they actually are. Awful material, extremely cheap looking and an absolute con in terms of returning.
