The style and design of the product are really beautiful — that's what prompted me to buy it. However, the quality turned out to be very disappointing. I only used the glasses for a few days during the holidays, and they broke immediately. I find it unacceptable that a product designed for everyday use breaks so easily. I expected much higher quality.

Buenas tardes,

Ci teniamo però a precisare che i nostri occhiali non sono dotati di lenti polarizzate e questa informazione è riportata chiaramente nelle descrizioni dei prodotti sul nostro sito. I riflessi a cui fa riferimento sono un effetto normale e comune per occhiali con lenti non polarizzate, e non rappresentano in alcun modo un difetto di fabbricazione né compromette la qualità visiva.

I bought 02 okkia sunglasses from Italy airport. It had broken without using them in the box. Such a poor quality. Wasted my money. No outlet in india that I can connect their costumer care and complaint against it.

Dårligt produkt og service
Dårligt produkt og service.
Jeg bøjede hovedet nedad og mine solbriller gled af og faldt på jorden. Det kunne de ikke klare, en stang knækkede af. Selvom mine briller er 6 mdr. gamle vil okkia hverken forsøge at reparere eller erstatte solbrillerne. De mener, at der er sket en "ulykke" og de derfor ikke kan gøre noget. Så jeg må konkludere at deres produkt er for skrøbeligt til almindelig brug.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but accidental damage—such as a drop—unfortunately falls outside of its scope. As with any product, a fall can cause breakage, which is considered accidental damage rather than a defect.
Additionally, our glasses are pre-assembled, meaning we do not offer a repair service or spare parts. While our products are designed for everyday use, any item can break if it falls, and in this case, as you mentioned yourself, the glasses slipped off and dropped to the ground.
