The team were very helpful and the transfer went through seemlessly in a day. I had tried a transfer with another company for a smaller amount and after 5 days the money still wasn't transferred.

OFX website or app has helped me send money to the UK and back again later far more simply and with much more attractive exchange rates than any of the Australian banks or UK banks I’ve used. The initial security checks on set up were really well done also.

blocked again account
I opened a business account 10 days ago. They blocked my account without any explanation. When I contacted them by phone, there was no response. Then I sent an email, and they asked me for proof of payment. After that, they unblocked the account, and everything seemed fine. Today, I accessed the account, and it's blocked again. This time, they haven't asked for or informed me of anything. I'm starting to seriously doubt their practices.

Very disappointing.
Very disappointing.
Not very good at communicating.
Held onto my funds for more than 2 weeks, until I reached out to ask why monies were not wired. Communication is lacking by far.
No plans to use this service again nor will I recommend OFX to anyone .

Highly Recommend!
I totally trust OFX with many transfers I have made between Canada and Australia. There is always an easy to understand person on the other end of the phone that you haven’t had to wait ages to talk to. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and give a better rate when you ask. The transfers have always gone smoothly (within days) and I have told many friends that use them as well. Highly recommended!

I made two international transactions
I made two international transactions, one to Italy and another to Saudi Arabia. They both went through quickly and without any problems. At one point, I needed a question answered. I contacted the helpdesk and had my answer in a very short time. I highly recommend OFX.
