Zoals iemand hieronder al schreef zeer misleidend en redelijk agressief. In het begin (2 dagen) is het leuk en behapbaar. Echter op de 3e dag kreeg ook ik 2 limietorders en werd er van mij verwacht dat ik een flink bedrag (meer dan 1000 euro) zou storten. Wanneer je dat niet doet kan je niet verder met je taken en krijg je dus ook niets omdat je daar je taken voor af moet ronden. Niet bij gaan werken dus!

One of the pieces of information on my recipient was imported incorrectly from the FRIMA previous system. It had a USA address and the recipient is in Taiwan ROC. After explaining the mistake and yes, I my mistake for not checking and the money has always been going through for over 1 year. Even the bank in Taiwan has moved and changed but account # is the same
And the name was flagged under sanction because the name is close to a Russia compnay ? Mirco Reserch vs MICROELECTRONICS RESEARCH INSTITUTE PROGRESS JSC ?? . FULL of OFX KYC BS, the "Bank of Canada" wants more proof of the company structure. Give me a break, if the company is small or an independent reseller who just give themselve a name. I have been sending money to this company for since 2014. KYC more like kiss your Cancel should be Kiss Your Customer

All good and the app worked well.

I transfer my pension every fortnight on a Wednesday and then have the money on Thursday. I transferred on Wednesday as normal and they are now telling me I will not have my pension till next Tuesday because ot is Easter. Seems opportunistic to me. Disgraceful behaviour to move the goal posts after the transaction is done and make me wait 1 week for my pension

Pathetic response from OFX... Thursday was not a public holiday. Blaming someone else is disgraceful. The readers on here will see past this as well as the Financial Conduct Authority

I've used OFX for decades to make economy with currencies between the USD and the Euro, and I can highly recommend this company. The customer service is excellent, and the website is super user-friendly.

Ik ben sinds 3 dagen actief op dit platform en wordt begeleid door een trainer. Er werd vandaag voor een derde keer limietorder kreeg waardoor ik in de min kom te staan en dus geld moet aanvullen terwijl mij werd verteld dat een vip1 max 2 limietorders kan krijgen. Nu kan ik niet bij al het gestortte geld en verwachten ze dat ik even 6000 euro uit me mouw schud. De trainer heeft mij hier niet goed over geinformeerd en misleid.

Ik raad iedereen aan om hier niet in te trappen.

Incredibly cumbersome. I created account online, made a call to confirm all details of the account which I just created. Next I assigned my bank account, confirmed it, provided all detail of what how much and when I will be sending. I requested first transfer - call to confirm data, next day - email to send bank statement... I gave up. This is not security, this is madness.

Incompetent, terrible communication and departments do not seem to speak to each other. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a sandwich let alone transfer currency. I’ve given them two stars instead of one as the people that I’ve spoken to seem to be trying, but the systems that they have in place are awful. I will note that I used them over 10 years ago when they were called Ozforex and everything was very good at that time and all transfers went off without a hitch. It’s now been two weeks, and I am yet to see a test transfer that was promised let alone my funds. Take your business elsewhere.

I'm new to OFX, and I'm well regarded as an electronic cretin

After getting through a website new to me in its presentation I confirmed my activities with (code names) Vera and Paul at the OFX help desk.

They were patient and understanding and their help was accurate and clear I am pleased with that.

My aim was achieved. Thank you.

I started using OFX some years ago on the recommendation from two friends after having a bad experience trying to send money overseas with my bank. Best decision I ever made. The exchange rate I get with OFX is really good unlike the bank which was dreadful. I wasted $1,000’s.
Very easy to transfer with OFX and very quick. Throughout the process I get emails telling me the status of the transaction. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
