OFFCUTS Shoes Omdömen

I brought 2 pairs of boots. They are really lovely and at a fraction of the price. This is my go to website if looking for footwear

Happy with service. However the box that the item arrived in was not quite big enough so item doesn't fit properly. Overall very happy otherwise.

Bought some Veja trainers. The colourway was the opposite to what was pictured. So instead of mostly black they were mostly white. I returned them. But my postage both ways should have been refunded as it was their mistake but it was not. They've lost nothing but I'm out of pocket by £8 because they sent me the wrong product. Avoid.

So pleased I have found this site, so far I have had no issues and have been buying from them for about 2 years now.
I am weary of using the office main site as have had a few issues, wrong shoes, sent to wrong house, cancelled, different sizes etc (all on seperate orders!) and I never trust the order until it is in my hands - not a fun shopping experience! And to be frank, I haven't placed an order with the main site for over 3 years because I don't enjoy the stress of it.
However I don't have that with offcuts, they dispatch within 2 days at the most, and arrive within 5 days, the shoes are always in perfect condition (they do advise of any marks etc) and generally have a decent discount applied.

The site is worth keeping an eye on, especially if there is a pair of shoes that has sold out in your size or if like me, you just don't trust ordering from their main site - I really cannot understand why they provide such a different service when they are the same company but they do.

Bought several pairs of shoes from the odd sizes collection now and they're always really good value and in great condition, would recommend.

Canceled my order and didn't provide any information on why it was canceled or when my money will return to my account

Good representation of shoes on website, good price, good service, good delivery service, great altogether!

Came in time and was what I expected. Couldn't ask for more.

Brilliant prices on very good quality footwear. Would prefer if delivery could be to a safe space. Left with neighbour who then went on holiday!

Website easy to navigate, wasn't looking for anything in particular so searched by size to see what was available to me. The description for my item was P for perfect which they are. The delivery updates were good and came when they said they would.

Great boots at an exceptional price. Can’t wait for the colder weather to wear them!! Waterproof and warm for those muddy winter walks.

I love these. Great value and excellent condition

Quick delivery and quality shoes for a gooood discount o really can’t complain

SCAM Scam all the way.
Order some boots never turned up emailed loads of times asking for refund and they had the cheeky to say when they get returned they will refund me
How can I return something what didn't turn up dip**** Avoid stealing people bank details and personal information fraudulent and fake business

When refund is In bank I will change my review

My order never arrived. After chasing them they said the parcel was lost and did I want a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement and the next email I got was an automated email saying I would get a refund in 3-5 days.
